I used to think they were great but I have rung them 7 or 8 times since mid February to do a fire safety inspection and to check a fault in our door entry system. I was promised a return phone call on every single occasion but not once did they call back. The fire safety inspection was eventually done in mid April. I’m still waiting on the certificate.

Amazing service, quality engineer and the company couldn't do more, arrived on time and their engineer assessed the problem and installed new earth bonding poles, tested the system and provided reassurance that everything was safe. Terrible service, they didn't turn up when arranged and despite many reminders still have not sent the electrical safety certificate nor invoice through for work that was meant to have been carried out over 4 weeks ago. Reliability and efficiency nil.
