Start Bay Electrical customers describe Tom as turning up when he says he will and doing thorough, tidy work, often cleaning up afterwards. Several reviewers say he explained what he was doing and offered helpful suggestions, and some have used him for a range of jobs over time, from small repairs to rewiring and an EV charger. Reviews mention work being completed neatly and to the schedule and costings given. One reviewer was pleased he came at short notice after an old radiator broke. No reviewer reports a problem with the work.
Exceptional service from Tom. Arrived on time and got to work straight away. He tided up after he finished too.
When we first moved into our new house, we needed an electrician to come and sort a couple of urgent repairs, which Tom did. We were so impressed that since then Tom has worked on our bathrooms, new kitchen refit including running a high voltage cable from one side of the house to the other, outside lighting and new circuit boards! He is always reliable, hardworking and clean & tidy with all the work he undertakes. He listens to what we need and offers suggestions which are always better than ours!! We would highly recommend Tom to anybody….
Tom came round to do a comprehensive free quote, and immediately understood what I needed done and the budget. The spotlights were perfect for my art studio and he came back to do the job quickly and efficiently. He also left the work area spotless, I would highly recommend his services.
Can’t recommend him highly enough. Clean, helpful and neat. 👌
I can’t recommend Tom highly enough. The work he has done in my office and throughout the house has been fantastic. He’s incredibly thoughtful about both the aesthetics and practicality of everything, with such great attention to detail. Tom has been an absolute godsend, and I’m so grateful for all his hard work and care. Thank you, Tom!
We have had the pleasure of working with Tom for a number of years and cannot recommend him more highly. He is efficient and super reliable. He tells you when he is visiting and then turns up! His work is superb and I have never seen a tradesman more meticulous with keeping his work environment clean and tidy! He loves his little vacuum cleaner! We also appreciate the extra mile he goes to, to make his Electical work invisible and low impact. A real gem. Book him and you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Tom. Rob & Sky - Kingsbridge.
We’ve used Tom for several projects - minor works, dry underfloor heating, EV charger, shower installation and an EICR. He’s always kept to his estimated schedule and costings, does very tidy thorough work, and explains the steps throughout. Have recommended to several other people as he’s one of those trades people who you know you can rely on.
Tom is a brilliant electrician. He is very knowledgeable and his work is extremely neat and tidy. He re-wired most of my house which is an older property and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.
Really went above and beyond for us. Would recommend him to anyone, Thanks Tom 😁
Tom was GREAT! I tried 7 electricians and only 3 bothered to respond: Tom responded within 8 hours and came to do the work at very short notice. An old radiator had broken and I asked him to fit a new replacement radiator for me. which he did, quietly and efficiently. Very kind of him and a very pleasant young man
An efficient and professional service.
Excellent service and very efficient. Tom is very knowledgeable, thorough, meticulous and friendly. He turned up when he said he would, advised me on the different options and then completed the work the same day. He also cleaned up any mess made. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
