Reviews

2.8

One reviewer describes a dangerous driving incident involving AN-ELEC Services Ltd, and a second reviewer reports an experience of nearly being driven into and says it seemed like drink driving. A separate reviewer says the company's quote showed a bold price but noted further down that VAT was not included, and that the extra cost was not explained when the price was confirmed. That reviewer says an itemised bill including VAT came after the work was done. The same reviewer also reports that an engineer cracked the cover on the electric charger.

Would give a 0 if I could. Clearly a drink driver going by tonight’s experience of nearly being driven into.

Company gave a quote with the cost in bold. They only tell you a few lines down in the quote that VAT has not been added, which isn't made obvious and is easy to miss. When confirming what I would need to pay with the company after receiving the quote, they agreed the price I thought it was but still didn't advise me of the extra cost. Once the work was done, they then sent an itemised bill with VAT included. Engineer also cracked the cover on the electric charger.
