Reviews
4.3
One reviewer described Bagwells Ltd as providing a first class service, solving a difficult problem and being a highly professional and helpful electrical engineer who arrived quickly after a phone call. Another reviewer praised the excellent advice and workmanship and a very professional approach. A third reviewer said Bagwells Ltd beat builders. One reviewer said they called three times over three weeks about an inspection and quote for roof repairs, were each time promised a call back, and nobody ever called back; they gave up and assumed the company was only interested in a complete reroof.
I called 3 times over 3 weeks and spoke to someone and each time was promised they would get someone to call me back to arrange an inspection of my roof for a quote for repairs. Nobody ever called me back. I have given up on this company as a waste of time. Assume they are only interested if you want a complete reroof. If they had told me that on my first call it would have saved me the bother of chasing them for nothing.
