Our insurance company sent out Amber Electrical to us because our electrics kept tripping, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He arrived when he said he would and carried out a thorough, methodical investigation to pinpoint the exact cause of the issue. When it turned out to be an underlying problem with the main supply, he didn't just leave us to figure it out on our own. He took the initiative to personally contact both National Grid and our energy supplier to explain the technical details and get it sorted. His expertise and helpful attitude turned a stressful situation into something relatively straightforward to sort out. Highly recommend!

Dean has carried out electrical work required to carry out adjustments required to make safe, and ensure that a bathroom light/ extractor fan circuit conforms to building regulations. I previously had this installed by an electrician who was unknown at the time to me to be unqualified. This caused an issue for me relating to house sale. Dean has done an excellent job, and was very quick to get the job done. He has also arranged the certificates I needed quickly. A friendly and polite service , with everything explained very well to me. Thank you, I would use again.
