Amazing

Layden, the electrician who carried out the work, was lovely – very professional, polite and did a great job. I was really happy with his work. Unfortunately, the company’s booking system wasn’t as good. Appointments were arranged without being confirmed with me, and on one occasion Layden arrived when I wasn’t even home.

Layden did an excellent job installing two fans in my kitchen and bathroom. From start to finish, he was professional, polite, and incredibly helpful. He explained clearly how everything works and made sure I understood what to do if I ever need to adjust or maintain them. His work was neat and efficient, and he cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. I’m very happy with the result and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Haydar recently carried out electrical work in our home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, respectful, and courteous. He took great care while working in the house, carefully moving furniture and other items to make sure everything was protected and put back exactly as he found it. It was clear that he respects his customers’ homes and treats them with care. Haydar was also very kind and approachable, taking the time to explain what he was doing and ensuring everything was completed safely and to a high standard. Haydar recently carried out an EICR at my home and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. He was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the process and the results. What really stood out was how respectful and considerate he was while working in my home. He wore shoe covers throughout the visit and left everything spotless once he finished. You wouldn’t even have known any work had been done. I would highly recommend Haydar to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough, and courteous electrician. Excellent service from start to finish

I recently called out an electrician to check a crackling plug socket, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, calm, and very reassuring. What initially felt like a bit of a minefield, not knowing who to call or what the issue might be, I was quickly put at ease. They thoroughly tested everything, explained what they were doing in clear terms, and went above and beyond to reassure me that everything was safe and in good working order. I really appreciated how neatly they left everything in the kitchen after testing. It showed real care and respect for my home. Thank you Jo and Logan, I felt I could completely trust your expertise, and it was clear you really knew what you were doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RJA to anyone needing a reliable and professional electrician in Croydon area.

People on the phone and the electrician himself very polite and welcoming.

Phone about a bulb and no one could tell me they are closed till I turned up to the store not helpful at all a waste of time in my opinion

I have used RJA Electrical Services 3 times for replacement light fittings and cannot recommend them highly enough. Even though on one visit, they were replacing 9 fittings around the home, they worked around us to avoid any disruption. On each occasion the electricians worked really hard, they were friendly and very respectful. They have done an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier.

As a landlord I often find reliable trade mens hard to find. These guys were like a breath of fresh air. Great professional service even when I had a problem sent guys straight back round at gone 4 on a Friday Excellent company

Service with a smile

Very good service.friendly staff.would recommend this company.Josh came out and found the fault and replace the faulty timer.very nice guy.

The job sounded simple - I wanted earth bonding installed, which also required a fuseboard replacement, so that I could get a car charger installed in due course. RJA sent an electrician out and performed an EICR, which led to all sorts of things being found (as I thought would be the case - a new consumer unit means everything has to be brought up to spec). They quoted a fair price and two days' work to sort everything - it ended up being three and a bit days, but they didn't charge any extra. The electricians were friendly, tidied up at the end of each day and kept me informed with progress. Overall I was very satisfied and I wouldn't hesitate to use RJA again in the future.

Very helpful and great stock

Fantastic service came out same day very polite and professional great service

Excellent service

Great service from professional and friendly staff. They were able to get the job done really quickly and at a great price.

I used RJA for a Electrical Safety certificate for a flat I am going to rent out. I sent them an email on Sunday asking for them to make an appointment with me to come out. They responded within minutes. The engineer arrived on time and was extremely professional. Oh and they didn't charge a fortune either. A great all round service. I'll certainly be using them again should I have the need. A+++

I would highly recommend them; they are a credit to the company.

Theses guys know how to price for the market they are working with . It’s not the only reason I go back to them for my electrical work. Throughout the years they have done work in my house and for my business. They have been both prompt and empathetic. There work is first rate and their ability to help is desperately welcomed in this industry. I feel like I’m working with someone from a community. So pleased to have the opportunity to recommend RJA. Thank you guys. For bringing the faith and the untold amount of random installations you do for me , be it re wires , little connections ! That no one else can favom - alterations complete wiring and upgrades. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A great response from RJA to our electrical problem. Arriving on time and a thoroughly professional approach to the problem. Ricardo and his team resolved the problem without any further recalls or issues. I would highly recommend RJA Electrical services to anyone.

Quick response, reasonable prices and reliable and polite staff. They even followed up to see why the light they fitted hadn't been on over the weekend when they were passing, and they wondered if there was a problem with it, which there was! (a pre-existing fault which was nothing to do with them). Customer service at it's best!

Ricardo and his team were excellent. Good price and tidy work, friendly and professional. New power supply from a modern townhouse to a detached garage.

Great service from them.

Just had 3 down lights fitted and a outside double socket what a great price was well happy how it was fitted and the price was great I will in future use this company again thanks Rick I tell all my friend how good you were

I’m not one to leave reviews but after the exceptional service received by Ricardo I couldn’t not. The level of service I received was incredible, so professional and friendly from booking in the job right through until completion. Top Man Ricardo, Thanks for sorting the electrical fault out. Thoroughly recommended.

RJA did the electrics in our loft extension, Highly recommended, they even rewired a fault in one of the lower floor bedrooms. No mess no fuss.

Great service, used at home and work. Fitted lights, done PAT Testing, fitted sockets for a sensory room, garden lighting and recently all the electrics for new conversion. Highly recommend.
