Ian Shaw Electrics gets mixed reports. One reviewer was pleased when Ian arrived within about 30 minutes after an urgent late-evening call, and found him friendly and professional, while another reviewer said Ian gave excellent advice on sorting out an electrical fault in an emergency. However, one reviewer said they waited in all afternoon on a day off and Ian never arrived or phoned to say he was not coming, which they described as extremely unprofessional.
