Alpha - Tech Group LTD

Fantastic service received by Danny and his team. I needed a new consumer board to replace my old wylex board which was very old. They thoroughly explained the job and the timeline. They was both very polite and professional and provided regular updates. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Alpha Tech.

We love our Alphatech squad! A great bunch of hardworking electricians who get the job done, no faff and no stress. Dan & Mike are always there if you need them. Jack and Will are so friendly and great to work with. They’ve looked after our library sites so well and we wouldn’t have anyone else 🙂

They manage the fire and emergency contract at my building. Communication is great; they turn up when they should and they know their stuff. You’d think this should be a given, but my experience with other companies was not the level of Alpha Tech

I’ve worked with Alpha Tech for many years now through my company, Orbit Construction, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Alpha Tech offers the complete electrical package. Whether it’s something as simple as changing a socket or carrying out a full electrical installation, right through to high-end smart home systems with smart lighting, iPad controls, facial recognition, automated gates and all the latest technology, their knowledge and standard of work are exceptional. One of the things that really sets Alpha Tech apart is the level of involvement they put into a project before the electrical work even begins. They will take the architect’s drawings and create their own detailed electrical plan for the project. They’ll then sit down with the client, often for hours, going through everything properly — lighting layouts, sockets, controls, smart technology and exactly how they want their home to work. Rather than simply telling a client what they need, Alpha Tech works with them to design the system together. They’ll offer their experience, suggest better options and improvements where appropriate, and once everything has been agreed, they filter the complete electrical design back into the architectural plans using their own software. It means everyone involved in the project has a clear, properly thought-out plan to work from. Their service also goes far beyond standard electrical work. Through Alpha Tech, they can provide and coordinate alarm and security systems, fire alarm systems and air-conditioning, alongside the full electrical and smart-home package. Having all of this dealt with under one roof makes a huge difference on larger projects and gives the client one knowledgeable point of contact throughout. What really stands out with Alpha Tech is how much they genuinely care about the end result and what the client wants. They don’t just turn up, do what’s on the drawing and leave. They think about how the property is actually going to be used and will always suggest better options where they see them. Their work consistently goes above and beyond what is expected. Their workmanship is always to the highest standard, they’re reliable, extremely knowledgeable and very reasonably priced for the level of service and quality they provide. After working with Alpha Tech on numerous projects over many years, they’re a company I have complete confidence putting in front of our clients and recommending. From changing a single socket to designing and delivering a complete high-spec smart home, electrical, security and air-conditioning package, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them. Highly recommended. Mike, Will & Max did a great job for us, fitting all the electrics for our new garden project with office. The lighting looks fab, supported by the Rako system so very high tech! Everything was done to a really high standard with an extremely positive, problem solving approach to any issue that arose. We’re hoping to see them again soon to install a system to improve all our WiFi coverage….

Mike, Max and Will came over to fit some extra sockets we required in our living room. They were really friendly, patient and professional and their workmanship is brilliant. The cost of the job was very fair and I would highly recommend using these guys, I will certainly be using them again.

Big Thanks to Mike. Great service and very good to communicate with. Trusted and would use again!

Mike took the time to chat with us and break down exactly how we could save on our monthly energy bills. We decided to go ahead with in-roof (recessed) solar panels, and I couldn’t be happier. I was hesitant about the on-roof systems because of the look and potential wildlife issues, but these are perfect—discreet and effective. Mike also helped us figure out the best energy tariffs, and now we’re already seeing the savings. His attention to detail was fantastic, and the whole installation process was smooth - the team were professional, and left everything spotless. Highly recommend!

Just had all of my electrics sorted in my shop I couldn't be happier with the service provided great guys very professional clean and tidy I would highly recommend thank you for a great job

Alpha Tech installed an EV charger at my home plus sorted out a few other electrical jobs that needed doing. They did a great job, punctual, polite and left everything clean and tidy. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Mile is brilliant but the wholesaler he gets his supplies from is even better. BEMCO in Wandsworth looked after me very well.

Really pleased with the jobs undertaken by the team. Not only was the finish on works exceptional but the team were able to advise on audiovisual systems to suit our needs.

Mike and Max are absolute legends, from the moment I invited them to quote for the job of rewiring the whole house we clicked, Their work was always neat and tidy and I loved the many design conversations we had to create our dream home, I would highly recommend, especially if you like good banter with trades who take pride in their work. PS Mike likes oat milk in his coffee (as he has a delicate tummy) and Max loves a good show tune

Extremely good value for money

We love working with the guys from Alpha-Tech. Super knowledgable, super professional and all round nice dudes. Would recommend 10/10 times

I contacted Mike to replace a fuseboard and carry out few electrical works at my property. I had met with various electricians beforehand and I was impressed by Mike - He was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and explained the work in detail. On the day, Mike and his team (Max and Ron) were punctual and carried out the works to a very high standard. It is reassuring to have a team of highly skilled electricians who are reliable and will fix any issue straight away. Professional and good people. Looking forward to the second visit for the certificates and downlight install. Highly recommended

Mike and his team were great on both occasions I need electrical work done. They are focused but happy to add extra bits as needed, a great experience overall.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job for our full house re-wire and he has been back to help on EV charger and other projects since we did the main work. Each time Mike has been the ultimate professional, and would recommend to anyone who wants piece of mind for their electrical work.

Mike was excellant. We had an emergency call out and he was there within 20 mins and sorted the problem straight away. The problem was very simple and refused any payment, and explained the problem we have with our house is the type of installation. Any future work I will now call him.

Mic and his team couldn’t have been helpful we where just about to move into our new home and all the electrics blow he was fast to respond and found the fault with ease would recommend 100%

As the Director of TJL electrical you would usually find me hard pressed to leave feedback on a electrical Rival competition, BUT. For Michael I will make the exception I recently had a very difficult project, which required a lot of work and I’ll be Humble and say I actually Bit off more then I could chew, I apprehensively contacted Alpha tech sheerly to do with my own pride, I was nothing short of impressed and taken back at the sheer amount of professionalism and care and Empathy towards his clients, without him I would of never finished my project in time and to such an amazing standard and a such a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Mike responded very quickly to my call for help to fix a door entry system 'installed' by previous electrician but left inoperative. All sorted in quick order in an expert manner. I will certainly be looking to use Alpha-Tech more moving forward.

Mike attended and issue with a saniflo and was friendly, professional and seemed knowledgeable. He was diligent investigating and did a great job troubleshooting the issue. I’d definitely recommend Mike and am glad to have added a name to my small list of go-to tradespeople.

Amazing service, prompt, agreeable and effective. Fundi pizza.

Absolute outstanding service! I would recommend Mike and the guys any day. They are quick and professional and really helped us out of a difficult situation after we were messed about by a previous electrician. I cannot thank them enough for their fast reliable service, after spending weeks trying to get electrical certificates done with other people, they sorted us out within a couple of hours.

Mike was a very professional and knowledgeable tradesman. He was able to fix the issue I had very efficiently and without any delay. He was also very friendly and easy to get on with. I would definitely recommend him for any electrical work and I will be using him for any future issues that I have.

Mike recently wired up our boiler/water cylinder with two nest thermostats and a programmer. Mike came in, knew exactly how to wire it up and fabricated his own control panel. He showed exceptional knowledge and I would therefore highly recommend him

Excellent service from Mike at Alpha Tech. Had an entire re-wire done throughout the house after a botched job done by another company. Mike explained everything thoroughly in layman's terms that I (as someone who's not very handy) understood and was very competitive on price compared to other quotes we had received, as well as giving us various options that suited our needs. 100% would use again and recommend!

Mike replace our fuse board and rewired our whole kitchen, him and his colleague were very well presented, professional and did a very clean job and explained everything they were doing, I would recommend Alpha-Tech Electrical to anyone.

Great Customer Service (courteous, informative - I knew what to expect and was confident to make an appointment to which they attended punctually on both days), Team work ( team of 2 ) and Tenacity ( lots of testing/elimination/few breaks to think :-) referring for assistance to find a fault in the circuit that left me without power in 8 sockets and in partial darkness all of last week - and discovered a socket that had been sealed off when kitchen was installed that couldn't remember it existed they had to saw though the wood to get to it - now I have an additional socket with power that I can use !! ) Explaining what they are doing and illustrating every step of the way was helpfully assuring. NICEIC qualified and registered on the electrical competent person scheme ( Gov. uk ).The work was over 2 days as it took a while to decipher where the circuit was broken although the fee was ££ a combination of hour and/or day rates and dropping one of the engineers once fault was found worked well to on their recommendation and helped keep the cost in check. I am not giving 5 stars only because I couldn't pay via credit card; please consider payment by plastic debit & credit in the near future - I would recommend their services overall ! thank you for your custom.

Had some downlights fitted in kitchen and bathroom plus other electrical work. Mike was excellent and worked to a very high standard. Would recommend to anyone wanting electrical work done.

Fantastic, efficient, knowledgable and friendly service. Wholeheartedly recommended.

These guys were great! Especially the customer service from Mike with a full lighting & heating system fitted would definatedly recommend. Will be using these guys in the future for our next project

Professional to the highest level from start to finish the project was in expert hands and I am thoroughly impressed with both the standard of work and pricing. Would reccommend 100% will always be my first choice

Alpha-Tech Electrical completed our office installation. They were simply excellent. They turned up on time every day, completed the works sooner than anticipated and even helped us move our furniture back in. I have recommended them to a handful of my contacts who have been just as impressed on both a Commercial and Residential basis. Great value for money.

Am a carpenter and worked with Alpha Tech on many developments, it was only when i got them in my own property, i was amazed at how good their design work was to accomodate my lighting ideas. All controlled from smart switches and also my phone! Would 110% recommend to anyone, absolutely flawless work.

These Guys completed a full rewire of our salon and installed some really snazzy rainbow-coloured outside lighting for our shop. The lights are fully remote controlled enabling us to change the colour and sequence at any point in time (we are looking forward to making it red, green and gold at Christmas!). Our shop sign now stands out amongst all the other shops in the high-street and looks amazing at night. They were reliable, creative and professional. Highly recommended.
