GW Electrics drew repeated praise for Gavin's friendly, punctual and easy-to-deal-with manner, with several reviewers reporting good-quality, neat workmanship. Two reviewers said advice given on what was needed was helpful, and one reported fixing lights that had not worked and were now safe. Pricing was described as reasonable, low-cost and honest. One reviewer reported a long delay and no follow-up after asking for an estimate for an outside porch light, and called the service unprofessional.
Gavin was very helpful. He got on with it right away. He was very easy to communicate with. The lights didn't work but now they do and they are safe. The price was very reasonable.
Excellent service from this local business , reliable and efficient . Would have no hesitation at recommending Gavin to anyone looking for a local electrician .
Gavin is a professional, reliable and trustworthy gent. He was on time and easy to communicate with and added value by some great suggestions on what to do. The job was to put in a consumer unit in the garage, rewire it and get electric feeds ready for an outside office installation. A great job well done and neat wiring. Thoroughly recommend him.
Totally amazed by this company! Quick to get in touch with my inquiry, offered great advice on what I actually needed. Always on time, clean, tidy and friendly. Completed on time. Very happy would 100% recommend them. Thank you Gav.
Gavin has done a number of jobs for us over the past couple of years. All the jobs have been carried out in a professional manor, his work is always good quality and he his a very amiable guy. I would recommend Gavin for any electrical work you need carrying out.
Contacted this person in early December 2020, requesting him to come out and give an estimate to install an outside porch light. Long delay in getting back to me, but said he would call when he could fit me in. Long delay again, then texted to ask me to send my name, address etc to him, (which I did) and he would probably be able to come out end of January. We are now about to enter March, and I have yet to hear anything. He obviously doesn't want or need the work. Funny thing is, I saw him parking his van on my street today, to do work around the corner! Very unprofessional in my opinion!! Wouldn't use him now if HE paid ME!
Gavin is brilliant - very friendly, efficient, punctual and honestly priced. He will always be our first choice for any electrical work.
