Absolutely appalling service. Reported my shower was broken on Wednesday, someone came out yesterday, could not fix it. They didn't have a new one to replace it, I was told the job was put down as urgent and that someone would come out today or tomorrow, now I've been told no one is coming this, lady on the phone was rude, I've complained to my council.

Wasted my time complete time wasters

Council tenant I've had my shower wired in my dodds, had to come out twice because the quality of their work when it comes to installing trunking to cover wiring is absolutely shocking and I'm still not happy with the quality of their work, definitely not made for in-house installations where cosmetics is important.
