Alex did a great job on the fusebox replacement. Good communication and very professional. Definitely recommened. 👍

Pulling were very dedicated and helpful when my bedroom light fitting broke due to the recent heatwave and I could not fix it myself due to my disability and being alone. I sent a message and they replied with a reasonable quote and although it took some time for them to respond, they made arrangements for an electricians to come to my home and replace my broken bedroom light fitting. I work in full time employment but they were able to make arrangements to avoid much disruptions to my work routine and as I live close by, it was easy for them to come to me. Their electrician came and took off my broken light fitting and replaced it with a new one and checked to see that it worked properly and made all the necessary checks, such as switching off the fuse box for health and safety precautions before the work started and turning it back on once it is done. He was very kind and sympathetic to me and was easy to talk to. A real professional and a wonderful company willing to all electrical work, no matter how big or small the task would be. Thank you smooch for their much appreciated help and support.

I have used Andy and the team for several electrical installations over the past few years and have always received a reliable and competitive service. Any faults found have always been rectified with upfront costs provided and no hidden extras. Highly recommended.

I called a plumber to fix my pipe, and let’s just say… he really knew how to handle the situation. He showed up confident, took one look at my “problem,” and gave me that reassuring smile like, “Don’t worry, I’ve got this under control.” Within minutes, he was down there, fully focused, working with impressive skill and a level of dedication that felt… almost personal. There were moments of intense concentration, a few unexpected noises, and at one point I genuinely wondered if I should leave the room and give him some privacy with my pipes. But no—he powered through like a true professional. And when he finally finished? Everything was flowing perfectly again. Smooth, efficient, not a single drip out of place. I was honestly a little speechless. 10/10. Fixed my pipe like an absolute expert—and left me wondering if I should “accidentally” have another plumbing issue sometime soon. Thank you Alex Kamara

Kris came to our rental after issues with a socket and outside lights. He was great, used a process of elimination and investigated 2 issues thoroughly, changed a switch, and will make recommendations to the landlord on updating outside lights. He took our concerns seriously and made sure a fuse I had changed was safe. He advised and educated me a little on the best way to use the circuit when it came to home appliances of the washing machine and tumble drier need competing power output from a single socket, I.e don’t do it! Thanks Kris!

Josh was fantastic in installing a fridge freezer and cooker appliance highly recommended

These people filled my home with Screwfix rubbish, not one single piece of good quality materials installed. I payed an absolute fortune for downlighting that cost only around £5.40 each unit. I check they come with 1 years warranty as compared to most other lights that come with a 5 year warranty. Screwfix, the cheapest rubbish I’ve ever seen. Really unhappy, first boots up my hall, dust everywhere, no floor covers. I have blamed my property management for using these people, but they can’t take responsibility for poor 3rd party workmanship.

Josh came to do our bathroom light today. He did it swiftly and was very professional. He also managed to clean up after his work which was great.
