ISO Energy Ltd

ISO Energy installed our ground source system some years back. Their service is excellent and their engineers extremely efficient and capable. Would recommend this company.

If you want the best for GSH pumps, there’s only one choice…Iso Energy

Fantastic company, fast and responsive with excellent knowledge and brilliant customer service.

The team at Isoenergy engineered and installed an excellent gshp scheme for us which has been producing a brilliant and consistent performance over the 3+ years it has been running . Their support throughout has been very helpful and they continue to provide a prompt and reliable service for us on their maintenance contract.

Very happy with the service we have received from isoenergy. Installation and commissioning were excellent. We have enjoyed ongoing service under maintenance contract which has been professional and thorough. System operates extremely well. Friendly and responsive team.

Super fast response when (unusually) our GHSP had a fault. Engineer was v efficient and helpful. Had some great tips on small adjustments to save electricity

ISO Energy installed an extensive ground source and PV system for us in our grade II listed building and annex. All the workmanship was completed to an industrial standard, putting most domestic installations to shame. Unfortunately, after three months, the newly installed hot water tank developed an internal leak bringing water down into our kitchen. I’ll just cut and paste the email I sent to ISO after the event. Bear in mind that this was in the middle of Covid/Brexit supply shortages: Good Morning Will, Andy. That turnaround, getting a new hot water tank delivered, installed and back up and running within 36hrs of the fault developing, with a forest of pipework to remove and replace, is remarkable. I honestly thought we would be spending a few nights in a hotel. It’s also not lost on us that this was a manufacturing defect and so no fault of yours, making the after-sales service even more impressive. I will be talking about this for a long time! Thanks again. Bruce & Andrea

The UK's top installer of renewable energy ground source heat pumps

The maintenance and service I've received since the installation have been much appreciated. Competitive pricing and very happy with the outcome.

Top class customer service. We were looked after from start of the project to the end. I would definitely recommend ISO Energy to anyone looking for a professional and friendly service. Thanks again for all your hard work and the end product!

A thorough service, who will always give you the best advice and products for your individual needs. They go the extra mile!

Expensive but worth every penny. From start to finish Isoenergy have delivered a fantastic service, staff are friendly and they did me the service of telling me how things are, and not how we would like them to be- unlike some other installers we have tried. We are extremely pleased.

Great advice during the consultation, and then a faultless install. The whole project was great from start to finish.

We have been very impressed with the professional advice that isoenergy were able to give us with regards to renewable energy solutions for our business. We are still in the middle of our project, however so far I would give them 5 stars.

Vastly Over priced - eye watering service charges.
