Saffron Electrical

Saffron electrical did some work for me a few years ago, installing outside lights and getting rid of old electrical cables. Last night something happened with the electrics and my lights stayed on outside, i gave them a call and it was explained to me what I needed to do, very helpful and friendly service.

Excellent emergency service: we had a supply problem at our business premises. Mark responded immediately and was able to get us back up and running within half an hour of me phoning. I have bookmarked his details for future planned jobs.

Mark installed our underfloor heating for us just before Christmas. Throughout the process, he was incredibly informative and helped us make a decision on what type of UFH would work best for us and our house. He was always quick to respond to our questions and made us feel in good hands. When it came to installation day, both Mark and his colleague were super friendly and got straight to work. The price was very competitive and he fitted us in quickly as we are moving house and needed our light fittings removed and replaced with standard pendant bulb holders. Extremely pleasant young man who had to work under difficult conditions due to obstacles in the garage. Worked till late evening to make sure the job was finished and that he had cleared up leaving my garage much cleaner than before he arrived. Thank you.

My experience with Mark at Saffron Electrical has been fantastic. He is a good communicator and did a great job or putting in a completely new power supply and re-wiring our whole property. He installed the wiring, plug points, lights, all kitchen appliance wiring and power for a new boiler. He was very flexible in his approach to the work, met all of our expectations with regards time frames and was always easy to get hold of throughout the project. Mark attended at very short notice late on a Friday afternoon and did an excellent job. He was enthusiastic and helpful and had a very positive attitude. In fact, he was persuaded to tackle a dishwasher repair that was more of a plumbing than an electrical job and was not remotely daunted. Full marks and reasonably priced too.
