Had no power to the garage and after sending an email to MW Electrical Services they replied within the hour and I had a lovely friendly electrician booked in within a couple of days. All fixed and working again and I would happily recommend this company to anyone. Thank you

Inefficient and heavy handed in my opinion. MWe were contracted by managing agents to do an EICR for my let property. They did it and did not get paid by the agents for many weeks. I approached them to try and settle the debt bypassing the agents. I was under no obligation to do so. They were reluctant but I persuaded them to deal direct to ensure they got paid. The EICR they produced was invalid and I spent a lot of time with the agents and then MWe to get a valid EICR. To my mind the EICR is a very important document to protect me from litigation should the tenants have an accident. In light of that I asked MWe for a reduced invoice to compensate me for my time and trouble. MWe went nuclear threatening me with legal action. I think they did this as it was easier to take on an individual than to take on the agents. Also I raised a query and was promised a response by a certain date. The deadline passed and I had to prompt them to deal with it. I am very disappointed with MWe
MW services provided excellent services to us in our flat in Bembridge and went far beyond their original estimate as there was a significant amount of additional work. 1: They quoted promptly unlike other electricians and their quotation was accepted. We paid 50% deposit. 2. They arranged a convenient time for us and arrived as planned. 3. Some additional work was identified and agreed with us. 4. They finished promptly and invoiced us as expected. Additional work was reasonably priced. Overall they performed very well and I would recommend them to others.

We had an urgent electrical problem and Matt sent Dan to our home in less than an hour. What a truly fantastic likeable man he is.His depth of knowledge was remarkable and he quickly identified the problems and corrected the faults very quickly.MW deserve there accreditation and we highly recommend them.

MW Electrical Services provided an excellent service, from the very first phone call, to the engineer leaving the job. I was particulary impressed by the personable service offered by the receptionist, who made great efforts to provide an electrician at short notice and to communicate our difficult to find location. The electrician, Dan, was obviously an expert and located and repaired the fault almost immediately. After this impressive experience, I would highly recommend MW Services and fully intend to make them my 'go to' for the future.
I called Matt at MW Electrical Services to come and repair the wiring on a 3 way switch. I had done incorrectly ! He popped over just the next day and completed it all efficiently and smoothly. MW Electrical did 2 jobs for us. They fitted an outside light and a quinetic switch for the hall light. From the initial contact to completion of the work, they were efficient, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. The work was completed smoothly and quickly and we are very pleased with the results, thank you. I would use MW Electrical again and recommend them to any one looking for an electrician.

After not turning up and lying as to where they were they owner Matt text me to apologise and say he would come the following week personally to do the job. He never did and after 2 weeks I text to ask for an update to be told I wasn't an emergency and he didn't have to answer to me as he deals with my landlord ...and to not contact by text, even though it was him texting me!!! Disgraceful service and extremely rude. I've since had a professional company do the job.as a tradesman of 25 years myself, this is a terrible service
I work for the emergency services and one of out elderly patients was in need of an electrician to establsh why she had no power and heating. Matt turned up within half an hour and quickly identified the issue. Plus he took no payment! Amazing, i would highly recommend him.
Installed a new dedicated 7kw Easee One EV charger at our home. Engineers worked absolute magic to route the cables internally overcoming our awkward consumer unit location but totally worth it with an extremely slick end result! 🔥😎
Matt and his team upgraded our bathroom electrics, lights and extractor. Communication was fast and clear. The work was a high standard and the electricians were very polite and communicated well. If you need any electrical work done this should be your 1st choice.

Matt and his team worked wonders bringing an old 80’s bungalow and transforming it to the 21st century. He worked with us for all our electrical upgrades with lightwave technology, remotely programmable heating and designed a fabulous lighting system throughout. Called MW Electrical tonight due to power tripping. Couldn't have been a worse time for this to happen. Dinner was in the oven we had no power to any sockets in the kitchen. Matt (I think he said his name was) arrived within 20 mins and got straight to the problem. Manage to find a solution and repair the fault. All within an hour of arriving. Fantastic 5* service! And wasn't expensive either. Especially as it was after 630pm. Couldnt recommend them enough!!
Matt and his team had done the electrical work for a air conditioning unit installed by a third party. Having been pleased with their work, I reached out for them to install a Hive heating & CCTV system. They completed the work diligently. I found them professional, polite, clean and tidy, and more importantly trust worthy. Good old fashioned customer service!

Matt and his team have just finished rewiring our three bed semi detached house completed in five days, we are very happy with the end result. Lots of work done in our home including relocation of several sockets and lights as requested without any problems, left some decisions down to Matt and he’s done a brilliant job with it all.
