A Coole Electrical Ltd

If it wasn’t for this engineer (Sukhi), I would have probably given 2 stars at most… but he was a saviour and is most certainly an asset to the A Coole company! I’m in the process of having solar/battery done at my property and everything has been all over the place from scaffolders ruining my driveway, roofers damaging my tiles, electricians leaving a mess and drilling wrong holes (to note this had nothing to do with A Coole and I have left those companies separate reviews). A Coole’s job in this whole process was to fit a Mains Double Pole Isolator for the solar company to be able to isolate the power when they wire everything up. After having such a poor experience with everyone thus far, I wasn’t expecting much until I actually got a phone call from Sukhi the evening before his visit, he was polite, professional and very clear and helpful in explaining what time he will be here, what his job will entail, exactly where in the house he will need access to and roughly how long his job will take (up until now nobody else had really bothered to advise anything and they’d just rock up unannounced expecting me to just let them crack on (the scaffolders were the worst) On the day of his visit, Sukhi was kind enough to arrive at my property first thing as requested due to important work calls that I had that day, little did I know that it took him nearly 2 hours to get here meaning he must have left his home at 6am just to accommodate my needs so I was highly grateful to say the least! Upon arrival Sukhi made sure to park properly and not block my neighbours drives like everyone else did! He introduced himself with his ID badge on display and wore shoe covers every time he came in and out of the house and he had dust sheets down where he was working, his attitude was amazing and he was polite and professional throughout and constantly kept me updated. Just after he turned off the power, I had a message to attend an important work call which was quite urgent, Sukhi could see that I was getting stressed out so he went to his van and came back with a temporary power supply and powered up my wifi as-well as my computer which was a life saver! As soon as he was done, he cleared up and explained everything clearly to me, he even answered a lot of the questions I had about the solar work that was left unanswered from the solar company, this was not even his area to do so but he was extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Although he had many other jobs to attend, he never made me feel like “just another customer” and it did not feel like he was rushing to get out of my house and on to the next. I couldn’t thank him enough for such a great experience! Engineers like Sukhi give me faith that great engineers and trades people still exist!

Would advise everyone not to let these electricians into your property I had items stolen by there young electricians brand new carpets ruined tried contacting the management 4 times not so much as a call back, joke of a company they do alot of work for leeds City Council and I'm trying to advise people of their light handed electricians, this is very true, the manager has just put a reply 4 years later , told ya they are a joke company, there was 6 of their electricians in my house all young lads probably apprentices ,a small amount of cash went missing and some of my daughter's possessions, I spoke to their supervisor after I noticed the items had gone and said he would get the lads to check there tool boxes in case they had put them in there by mistake and to check their vans the items that went missing wasn't near where they had been working so they had been snooping about, I phoned the manager and he said "anyone could have taken those things" I said yes anyone of your electricians cos there the only people who have been in my house.....very poor managerial skills , just beware if you have this company in your property move any valuables until the work us done...

Plasterer reece was a very good lad. Did a professional job and cleaned up after himself. He turned up on time everyday and was very punctual and polite. We need more tradesmen like reece. From methley mount job.

Absolutely shocking from the first engineer and his team - the engineer was "dismissed" part way through the job so packed up and left. Fair play. Then, when he was given misinformation by his now ex employee, he returned to my house aggressively and tried to force entry. Glad I was confident enough to stop him, but when complaining to A Coole, they seemed to offer an apology like you'd expect from a toddler - insincere and superficial. A £20 Amazon gift card felt like a lollipop. Wish I had reported it to the police...
