This is the second time Dan has carried out electrical work in our house. Although I knew Dan was a switched on individual and a exactly the kind of trade contractor you'd want working in your home, this job was bigger with greater potential for mess or disaster. I was very pleased there was no mess and no disaster. The new lights are magnificent and have tranformed cave like dimness into palatial splendour light. Additional non electrical bonus, while moving stuff about to make space for Dan to work, I found a sock that had been missing for a few weeks

Jake and Perry from SES electrical have been fantastic, Perry installed some outdoor flood lights for me and did an excellent job. Very professional and punctual, removed all rubbish and talked me through all the different functions once the lamps were installed. I was recently burgled and am about to begin renovations and Jake has been very helpful in advising me on security systems and electrical upgrades, would hire again!

Fantastic attention to detail and quality of work - always. We’ve had everything over the years from completely new electrics in a loft conversion and new kitchen, to finding solutions to needing new lights in a tricky place to reach. Contacted Jake last minute as my shower pull cord had stopped working. Dan came over within a few hours and fixed it. Turns out it could have been quite nasty and caused a fire! Couldn't recommend Spiller Electrical Services enough. Great communication and efficient.

This is the second time we have used Jake and his team and have been delighted with the professionalism and workmanship on both occasions. We will definitely continue to use the team. On this occasion, as well as doing the required work Perry pointed out issues with our fuse box and whilst it eventually cost us rather more for a new box, we now feel happy the electrics in the house are safe.

Jake was recommended to me by a good friend who knows I don't like ''strangers'' in my house Dan, the electrician, Jake sent round was a super switched on individual. He arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. Dan carried out the install and cleaned up thoroughly (Some mess did come out of the ceiling void) Dan was a charming young man and it was a pleasure to have him working in my house I even awarded him an ''unofficial verbal gold star!''

We had several electrical jobs that needed to be done and were very happy with both the advice and work done by Mr Spiller and his team.

Unexpectantly, my ceramic hob broke apart and needed to be replaced quickly. Spiller Electrical Services were able to get someone over to me quickly once the new hob had arrived. The electrician came with their new apprentice (it was only his 3rd day)! Not only was the work done to a high standard, all I could hear throughout was the apprentice being shown not only what to do, but also top tips to make his life easier and the customer happier. The level of attention given to him shows that the company puts their people front and centre to what they do. So, if you want an electrician who is reasonably priced, does quality work and use a company who look after its staff, I would highly recommend using Spiller Electrical Services.

I’ve used SES time and again, for a large residential renovation in Tunbridge Wells and then for smaller jobs. Jake consistently prices fairly, treats his customers with respect and carefully selects (and trains) employees to be courteous, clean and polite. They’re technically excellent and - unlike many in the building trade - seem to focus on customer satisfaction and quality rather than a quick buck. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I’ve had a ring doorbell for a while and finally got fed up with the delay before it notifies my phone and more importantly the hassle of regularly changing the battery. I had a replacement doorbell all lined up the only issue was I had no power by the door to run it. I contacted Jake from Spiller Electrical to solve this for me. Not only were Jake’s team able to decipher the, in my opinion, gibberish instruction manual that came with the bell and wire everything up - they went above and beyond helping me try and solve why I couldn’t get it to work, even though there was definitely power and a normal bell push worked. Turns out the bell push has to be explicitly told it’s plugged into a bell chime (rather than a digital version) and this nugget of information was not anywhere in the manual – but hidden away in an option on the software. I was so pleased with the level of service that I had them back to replace a non-functional bathroom fan. Tracing the correct wires, as the isolator switch, we’d been told on moving in controlled the fan, was not in fact wired into the circuit at all and the wiring went a completely different way. We are currently progressing plans for a new kitchen extension, so guess who we will be calling in to deal with all the electrical work. So when there’s something strange in your wiring, when there’s something weird and it don’t look good, who you gonna call… Wire you waiting? – call Spiller Electrical.

We used Jacob for some lights in Tunbridge Wells and he sent a workman and everything went well. We then asked for a quote on some work in Goudhurst . He turned up and was perfectly nice, expressed interest and then went away promising to quote. That was the last we heard.

We used Spiller Electrical to Re-wire our 2 bed apartment and fit a new consumer unit. It didn't turn out to be an easy re-wire due to the very solid concrete walls, which meant chasing in the electrical cabling involved a lot of hard work and dedication not to mention quite a few wall cutting blades. This wasn't a problem as the work was done to a superb standard and actually exceeded our expectations. We were always kept up to date and couldn't be happier with the agreed price. Jake is good fun and a great communicator, he and his team are a credit to their profession, highly recommended!

Jack and Conor were the best Electricians I have ever used in Tunbridge Wells, I had a bit urgent problem, called him and they came fixed the problem in one hour! Absolutely efficient and very reasonable price! Strong recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.

I had an urgent issue with my hob and the electrics. I phoned Jake at 7pm! He was at my house within the hour. He found the fault very quickly, rectified the problem and fixed the issue promptly. Tested it all. Issue resolved. 1 very happy customer :-) He was friendly, professional, polite, fast working and offered me lots of advice. He is very knowledgeable in his field. Overall I’m very satisfied with his work, wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to others and have saved his number for future works. His rates and charges are reasonable and he also helped sort another unrelated issue in the 1 hour he was here. Top guy and top trades man 10/10 Keep up the good work! :-)
