I had mould and damp treatment completed by RTR group. The gentleman who completed the works was brilliant, kind and patient. Whilst he had a job to complete he still took the time to interact with my 4 year old little girl who was happy talking to him about her princess dolls. We are very happy with the work completed and would happily recommend

Paula of RTR left my 67 year old disabled mum, also with rheumatoid arthritis without heating today after being notified mid morning by one of their contractors there was no heating, and Paula calls back at 4:30pm to tell my mum she is fine without heating till Monday ( could be longer ) We are now 22 days into a “10Day project” so they said and still incomplete and now no heating for 3rd time during this time. Paula also tried her upmost to bully my old mum into having to provide her own oven, hob and tiles for a council refit, avoid avoid avoid. These people are scammers !!! Please don’t become a victim of theirs

From start to finish, my experience with RTR was second to none. Very happy with the communication and service, and I will definitely use them moving forward.
