Better to stay away from this company. They take advantage of the situation and charge you way beyond the standard rates you will agree. They broke the switch in the kitchen and later said it was too old and wasn’t compliant. Total FRAUD! After receiving the update from the company, it clearly shows how fraudulent they are. They are even denying this that anything as such happened. Crocodiles 🐊 of their trade.

I have used JC Electrical for many years now and they are very responsive, professional and provide a good quality service. It is why I keep using them. James came out to do some work for me over the past 2 days and was polite, professional and thorough. Cannot recommend highly enough

My fuse box was very old and was not earthed. Got JC in to have a look and they said it needed replacing. They gave me a great price and had it all changed and earthed in next to no time. I feel much safer and happier now and I have an electrician I can trust.

Got up the other morning and my downstairs lights weren't working. Phoned JC and they had an electrician with me the sameday. They identified the problem and had it fixed in next to time. The price was great and the service excellent. Well worth a call if you have any electrical issues.

JC electrical responded to our electrical issues promptly and helped to identify solutions to the electrical issues we had on site. |This clearly set JC electrical apart from the other electrical contractors. They we professional on site and courteous to our staff.

The first contact was via facebook and within an hour we had a visit and a verbal quote. The written quote did not change and we accepted. Two electricians arrived on the agreed day at the agreed time but slightly changed the way the work was going to be done. It therefore took them longer and they had to go and buy some stronger fixings as the ones supplied with my illuminated mirror were not strong enough. I was expecting the final invoice to reflect the extra time but was pleasantly surprised to receive it this morning as exactly the original price. Brilliant. And they hoovered up after themselves. Cant fault them!!!
