Really bad interaction, contacted to discuss EV installation met with a hostile attitude clearly they didn't want to discuss the job with me or waste any time. I have test drove and am ready to buy my New Tesla EV and want to find out the costs to install on my house as my car park is at the back of the property, was told they wouldn't even " We certainly won’t even look at a property until the customer has 100% confirmed they’re actually buying an EV." Very bad attitude when I am trying to pay for a service from this company. I would have been more than happy to pay for any site surveys but to not even offer to help if I do not know I am 100% buying an EV car that I do not know can be charged at my home, then to argue that the attitude to a potential customer isnt bad is just bad in- itself.

Came round at short notice and fitted an EV charger in the freezing cold. Also, fitted a smart thermostat on the same day as a last minute request. No problems. Both been in place for nearly 6 months now.

Brilliant job done, very fair pricing, great at communicating and a genuinely nice guy. Would 100% recommend

Excellent service, sorted a small electrical job I required doing. Came promptly very reasonable price. After a discussion around CCTV security, Simon gave me a price for a system. Fitted and working, no fuss and very tidy installation. Highly recommend

Excellent experience today, called due to an alarm issue after being recommended by family. Was able to attend within the hour and sort out the issue and some tidying up for a reasonable rate. Really helpful and friendly to boot as well. Will not hesitate to use again.

Simon came out at short notice and gave up his Saturday morning to help us with faulty electrics. He was very knowledgeable and kept us informed of his progress. Very happy with his work. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Simon today, turned up on time and completed the work to a very high standard, including tidying up after himself as and when needed. He installed an outside waterproof double socket for me which meant drilling through my wall and fitting extra safety measures. He also removed an old outdoor light for me and installed a brand new Ring floodlight, all was done quickly and professionally. Many thanks, Simon. Recommended to all.

Simon installed security equipment for us about four years ago so it's not under warranty. We had a problem today and contacted him. Thanks to his great customer service we were able to sort it out over the phone and there was no charge. He provides customer service free and only charges for out-of-warranty call outs. Called Simon for emergency wiring repairs after accidentally drilling through a wire. Simon came out straight away and quickly repaired the damaged wire, also offering sound advice on how to prevent it happening again, very courteous and professional. Have his number saved for all future electrical jobs and would highly recommend.

Some of the lights and sockets were buzzing. Simon came out quickly. Very friendly and trustworthy.

Electrics had tripped but sparked which scared me and the fact I have children I was worried however Simon contacted me back straight away and arranged to come in the morning was very efficient and explained everything he was doing and found the problem which was caused through a mouse.
