BJC Electrical T/A BJC Electrical & Solar

We were lucky to find this gem of a company, who we have used twice now. Firstly to clean our solar panels and secondly to fit a solar battery in our garage. Both times the staff involved were courteous ,well mannered and very knowledgeable. They completed their work quickly and competently. The office staff were prompt in their replies, always happy to offer advice and share their knowledge. They also offer an annual service for solar equipment which we will be using. I would recommend this company to anyone looking install solar panels or a solar battery their service is second to none.

The whole team at BJC Electrical were wonderful. I had air conditioners installed and Ben was very knowledgeable in what I needed for my home. The guys who did the install were polite and considerate of my health issues during the whole process. They were very tidy and kept the place clean as they went. A great company and I would highly recommend them.

This business responded quickly and efficiently with a competitive quote for my ant-bird proofing and lichen removal and cleaning of my solar panels on my roof. They arrived promptly, erected safe scaffolding and cracked on with a team of 4 and made an excellent job of it! Daisy was great with communication before during and after, asking if I'm happy with their service..yes thanks Daisy, I shall recommend your business to everyone! Thanks guys! 😃 Update: I realised pigeons had disturbed the anti-bird protection brush, so emailed Daisy and she replied same day and team arrived next day and resolved the issue. Fantastic customer care, thanks BJC Electrical team! 👏 smile. Tony (Peterborough)

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the work carried out yesterday (13/4/26) to install my air con unit. You truly have two wonderful young men working for you….polite, conscientious, thoughtful, and most of all, tidy! It was almost as if they’d never even been here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BJC to anyone. Now all I need is a few really hot days to put the ac unit to use. Many thanks ☺️

Floor mounted airconditioner / heatpump supplied, installed and set up on time and without fuss. Great job.

Absolutely great company, had air con, solar and battery system and an ev charger installed. Right from the start Ben was extremely helpful and the install was excellent and swift, Ben and the team have done an excellent job and I will not hesitate to suggest them to anyone. The after care from Daisy has also been outstanding, as any questions I had Daisy was very swift to answer them.

This is the second time I have used BJ Electrical services for electrical works. Ben is very knowledgeable and conscientious in providing a great service. I can highly recommend this company for installing solar panels, ev chargers, alternative heating systems and electrical certificates. Thank you, Dan

The experience from start to finish has been amazing. The guys were so polite and professional and I’m so happy with the end result! 1000% recommend to anyone who is looking to get aircon installed!

Absolutely Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! From the very first interaction, this company impressed with their professionalism and warmth. Ben came out to provide a quote for our air conditioning installation and was not only incredibly friendly, but also clearly passionate and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail and helped us choose the best units for our budget without compromising on quality. When it came time for the installation, Morgan and Josh were exceptional. Their professionalism was second to none, courteous, efficient, and thorough. They explained each step of the process clearly, and any unexpected challenges were handled calmly and confidently, with zero fuss. The entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, in fact, I’m already planning to use them again for future work. A truly fantastic team A+++

Morning Ben just wanted to say thank you so much for all your work getting the Aircon system sorted out this week. I really appreciated the effort and the way you and your team went about it. I slept like a baby last night. Can’t believe how great the exterior looks either …. amazing work, you would hardly know it was there at all. I will be recommending you to everyone who asks. Thanks again.

Excellent workmanship. Went above and beyond expectation. Worked late to finish job on the hottest day of the year. Very professional company.

Top drawer job by the BJC Electrical guys cleaning and fitting bird protection to our solar panels, pigeons being the bain of our life since solar was installed, protection will now stop the birds nesting and causing a mucky mess

Huge thanks to Ben and the team at BJC Electrical for getting us up and running with our EV Charger. The installation threw up some unexpected difficulties but they were extremely helpful in getting these resolved quickly and efficiently! Very neat and tidy and excellent attention to detail we are super happy with the install! ⚡️

Great service from a fantastic friendly team, from my initial enquiry to have solar panels cleaned, the service provided by Ben and the team has been excellent. The guys cleaned our solar panels removing all the lichen that had accrued over the last 10 years efficiently leaving everything clean and tidy. We are now benefitting from greatly improved output form the panels back at the levels when they were new.

An excellent company. Competitive and skilled. They got the job done in half a day and left everything clean and tidy. We are asking them back for further work

Thank you so much for the brilliant work your team did, we are so pleased with it all. Very impressed by how neat and tidy everything was - will definitely be back in touch for future projects.

Ben and his team were efficient, professional and considerate. I was very pleased with their work.

Had a solar panel clean, one panel was really caked in bird doo doo. The guys made it look easy and panels look like new. Well worth it especially with summer on the way. Definitely recommend them.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish, gave me all the information and help I needed when purchasing and fitting my EV charger. Also any questions I had after the install they were always happy to help. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great service from Ben & the team. Ten panels, Tesla Powerwall 3 & backup and Zappi EV charger all installed and working in three days at a competitive price.

Very friendly staff, readily accommodating to our needs, and supporting when other similar companies were not. The work they undertook was quickly achieved, and overcame our problem at a very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend this company.

Not recommending at all... He talks very very but never never keeps his promise and never responds back...

First class service! Issue identified and solved within the same day. The whole team at BJC are professional, friendly and really go the extra mile. I would highly recommend! Thanks again!

Getting a Solar system is a large investment and is quite daunting as the technology is new and very complicated and changing all the time. Ben did not give any hard sell, quite the opposite and had answers and solutions to all our concerns and questions. I obtained three quotations from different Solar installer companies, BJC was not the cheapest but in the middle. The reason we decided to use BJC over the other two was because Ben was very open and transparent with all costs and plus he asked us why we wanted Solar which is very important as that will mostly determine the cost. We did not want an EV point but to have the choice to upgrade to EV in future. Plus we wanted to cover most or all of our yearly electric cost but not necessarily export a huge amount back to grid. BJC installed on the day that was scheduled, looked after all the paperwork with DNO and supplied MCS paperwork upon completion. Ben’s install team were brilliant very respectful to our property, clean and tidy. I have no problem in recommending BJC for your Solar PV project.

EV charger installed and explained by the installers. Everything was explained including how to use with my solar panels. I would highly recommend BJC electrical.

Ben and his team installed a Zappi EV charger for me a few weeks ago. It’s worked flawlessly and great care and consideration was given to the installation. Ben was always available for advice, even late in the evening. Nothing was too much trouble when it came to offering advice and the craftsmanship was excellent. We did have a home battery on order but due to change in personal circumstances we had to cancel, when we look to re book when things improve I won’t go anywhere else. Even when we cancelled last minute Ben was very kind and understanding. I would not hesitate in recommending BJC to anyone, a first class company.

Highly recommend BJC electrical. Ben is polite and very particular about his work and completed the installation of my EV charger professionaly and within a week from order. Excellent job.

Excellent service and quality installation. Thank you, we'll definitely recommend BJC Electrical & Solar

Ben was really helpful took time to explain pros and cons of all difference system parts and was really good at getting things done …… I would buy from him again and again price was really competitive

A local professional company who I would recommend to anyone. They put 16 panels on my roof and installed all equipment and a storage battery in 2 1/2 days. The engineers were polite and worked diligently. They tided up every day before leaving, and took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. They did a very neat job.

Five star service from beginning to end. Having a new roof fitted and needed Bens team to remove and then replace existing solar panels. The job was carried out without any fuss, quickly and efficiently. And it all worked perfectly when put back together - phew!! The lads are a credit to Ben, job well done. Would certainly recommend this company.

Ben and his Guys are great. Friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. They recently installed our new cooker hood with no fuss or dramas. We've used Ben and his team for many electrical jobs and will continue to do so. Definitely 5 Stars!

Recently had an installation of solar panels and battery from Ben and the team and have no hesitation recommending them to anyone. From first contact to job completion, Ben was a pleasure to deal with. Always happy to answer my latest set of odd questions about the process or setup and provide thoughts and advise. When it came to the actual install, he and the team worked their socks off and were super consciensious towards the job at hand and our home.

Ben has bent over backwards to get my install completed. He has come in half way through an existing install and taken everything on board from my point of view. Would highly recommend!

Ben and his team came highly recommended and they did not disappoint!! They had a hefty number of panels to install as well as the battery, unfortunately they were battling the elements but managed to complete a working system. Already started to save money so would love to see what happens in the summer. These guys are trustworthy and true to their word, thoroughly recommended without any hesitation.

Great service from Ben and his team. Ben guided me through the options with good advice and is always available to answer questions, just like chatting to a friend. The whole install went without a hitch. Would highly recommend them.

Ben and his team have just installed our Solar and Battery system. All the guys have been absolutely brilliant. No hesitation in recommending them to Friends, family and our own Clients. Cheers Guy!

Superb service from initial enquiry where we received a full detailed breakdown of the costs & benefits. Great communication throughout with quick responses to queries (more than usual for something as new & complex as solar). Set up & fix date went very well. Extremely happy with the service & value for money for this large investment. Thanks to Ben & his team for great service.

Ben is great and is professional and always there to answer any questions. He fitted our solar panels on time and explained everything clearly. Would highly recommend him.
