Roberts Electrical NW Ltd

As a small company in north Wales we needed some works in our facility (security lights, sensors, extract fans). Roberts Electrical quoted for the work promptly, their engineers arrived as promised and did an excellent job. The quality of work was very good and they tidied up afterwards - a very efficient service and good value for money. We will certainly use them again in the future.

Roberts are an excellent company and I highly recommend them. They responded quickly to an emergency at my elderly parents address ensuring their power supply was reconnected asap. The electrician who attended was extremely helpful and helped to reassure my parents who were worried about losing their power supply. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Thank you quick and quality service definitely will use again

What a fantastic company! Fast, courteous, extremely efficient, and reasonably priced!

Extremely professional and friendly from my first phone call to having the work completed, I will certainly use this company again and highly recommend both the staff and quality of the work carried out.

Phill, Ethan and Nathan supported us through the work completed on the house. We have had exceptional service from the quote to the test and the work throughout. We are very happy with all the work that has been completed. We will definitely be back in the future for any electrical work.

Had a new car charger installed, very friendly and quick service and Nathan was super helpful with all questions setting up the charger. Would definitely use again.

I have used this company several times over the last 18months.They are always on time and do a tidy job and are all very professional. The staff are very helpful going that extra mile especially Cath in the office. I would definitely recommend this company.

Can’t speak highly enough of these guys. I rang Phil this morning with an electrical problem we had at my son’s house . By lunch time they were at the house to sort the issue .

Highly recommended! We had a whole lot of work carried out from Roberts Electrical from lights & sockets to full rewires and it was all faultless, finished to a great quality, fast and efficient and very tidy. The lads were very professional and courteous, always on time and worked hard. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very polite and respectful, would definitely use again in the future and recommend to anyone needing electrical work.

Excellent family run business. Great bunch of very experienced lads on the tools.

Fair priced & a friendly

Excellent

We ordered our new kitchen from Kitchens of Abergele who recommended that we should use Roberts electrical for all the sockets lights etc in our new kitchen. Due to a design error by Kitchens of Abergele, and a misunderstanding by Roberts electrical three cables for lights we're installed in the wrong place! To be fair they did knock £60 off our bill, but the cables are still hanging from our ceiling, and we will never use them again!

Great service quick clean and nice lads very helpful ,will use again definitely

I called Phil because his team have done a couple of electrical installation jobs for me before and everything has been done as promised and at a reasonable price. The last job was a repair to our house security system. Colin arrived the same day and sorted everything out before leaving. It was so reassuring to deal with someone who clearly knew his trade and wanted to sort our problem to our satisfaction. Great service and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Visited by Phil to assess requirements needed for upgrade to lighting due to partial blindness with mother in law, also new heater to bathroom. Haydn and Ben callled and replaced kitchen lighting with new led baton lights, added new led light to lounge and altered switch, and then fitted ceramic wall heater in bathroom and completed wiring to consumer box. Fantastic work, arrived on time, very friendly and professional, interacted so well with my mother and father in law. Protected floor while working and cleaned up after themselves. A credit to the company, and we will be using you again and fully recommend to others.
