Reviewers of TSM Electrical Services NW report work including wiring a garden office, fitting a fuse box, installing Ring cameras, sockets, lights, smoke detectors and a bathroom extractor fan, and carrying out a full rewire. Several reviewers describe Tom as professional, tidy and punctual, and some mention recommending the business to friends and family. One reviewer says Rebecca and Tom were courteous and that Tom left their home as he found it, while another reports that an induction hob was fixed with a certificate of compliance provided the next day. A number of reviewers describe the pricing as reasonable, fair or competitive, and one says the work was done at the exact price quoted. One reviewer reports that Tom came straight away after a call about a socket, which is a single account rather than a general claim.
If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and efficient electrician then you don't need to look any further. We asked Tom to wire up a new garden office, after 2 visits to our home to ensure we were getting exactly what we need, it was all sorted over a day! He also went completely above and beyond following the work, which we really appreciate. We will be back for any other work we need doing!
I called Tom at TSM Electrical as needed some help with a socket. He called me back straight away and was with me within a couple of hours. Job done ! Amazing service, friendly and professional, will definitely use again and recommend to my friends. Thanks Tom !
Absolutely fantastic service from really lovely people. Would recommend to everyone.
If you are looking for an outstanding electrical company - look no further. Rebecca and Tom are most professional, prompt and courteous. The work was carried out to an exceptional standard. The service provided was excellent, from enquiry, to site visit, to quotation through to completion. Tom treats your home with absolute respect and as such treats it, as he would expect someone to treat his own home. (He won’t take offence if you ask him to remove his shoes - unlike other contractors which we have death with in the past). Tom leaves your home, as he found it and takes huge pride in his work. Thank you Tom and Rebecca for such a pleasant experience. We will absolutely have no hesitation in recommending your Company to friends and family. Thank you.
Tom recently installed two Ring cameras for us and removed a couple of old hard-wired doorbells. The quote was very fair and all the work carried out was excellent, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TSM or use them again in future. Thanks!
We’ve had Tom from TSM Electrical on many of our projects, and his wealth of knowledge is outstanding. No job has ever been too big or too small for him—he’s always reliable, friendly, punctual, and competitively priced. His expertise is second to none, and we’ve been so impressed that we’ve recommended him to family and friends, who are just as pleased with his work. Thanks, Tom! As I always say, you’re an electrical wizard! ⚡🔧

Tom was recommended to us by a local wholesaler when we were looking for an electrician to repair a couple of blown fuses. Tom came promptly and solved the problem in no time and gave us some safety tips. We requested him to give an estimate for a full rewire and new distribution box. This has now been completed and the work was carried out to our great satisfaction. His work is all to a very high standard and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing a specialist electrical company
This was the first time I used this business but certainly won't be the last. Tom arrived on time. He solved an exterior security light problem quickly and efficiently. All in all great service and reasonably priced.
