Safe-Electric (Nationwide) Ltd

Raphael really knows his stuff. He has years of experience and focuses on doing the job right first time and safely.

Safe electric was extremely helpful over the phone, had an electrical issue with my car but somehow got through to safe electric who advised he does not deal with auto electric but still managed to guide me through over the phone on changing the fuse.

We called Safe Electric and he said as soon as they got back they would check their stock of cable and contact us which they did, he arrived promptly after telling us the cost upfront and carried out the replacement of the damaged cable, cleaned up and left it all working, we were very happy with his service and would recommend him to others. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly and got the job done, thanks Raphael!

Raphael is knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and provided an excellent solution for our EV vehicle needs. Strongly recommend.

First time using Safe -Electric. I made contact with Raphael at 3:30pm Monday afternoon, Tuesday 9:30am the faulty part was replaced. The price I was quoted was price I paid. Superb service, will definitely use again.

We recently moved into new business premises that had 16 EV charging points that hadn't been set up. I was having trouble getting through to the correct departments at Rolec to get them setup so decided to contact a company who could do all this for me. I contacted Safe Electric and Raphael took care of everything from setting up the units to getting the apps working and ultimately all the EV charge points. Raphael kept me up to date at all times with progress and who he was dealing with and estimated timescales. He took full responsibility for the whole project which was a massive help and saved me a huge amount of time. I would highly recommend Safe Electric.

Rang for a quote and had the job done within a couple of hours. Nice friendly guy. Thank you

Very thorough and professional job. I would recommend to anyone looking for electrical work.

Great service, professional. Gave very good advice and got my property compliant with latest requirements. Reasonably priced. Recommend.

Absolutely fantastic and friendly help from Raph. I got stuck changing a ceiling light fitting, so called for some advice. He initially helped me over the phone and then when it got beyond that, I took the light fitting over to him, and he helped wire it up so I could complete it when I got home. All sorted now, and the light fitting looks great 🥰

Safe-Electrics rewired my kitchen and lounge when I refurbished some years ago, including a new fuse board and a full electrical safety check of my flat. I was so impressed, I asked them to come back for its 10-year safety check. Raphael is friendly, reliable and extremely. knowledgeable, not just of his craft, but also all associated latest technology, policies, laws and regulations. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and work, always friendly and helpful.Ensuring safety 💯% for everyone

Very quick response to a call for help with an electrical issue with shower. Raphael was very friendly and professional and resolved the issue as well as offering great advice on safety and electrics. Highly recommended.

Excellent response on New Year's Day when my in-law's heating packed up. Very friendly and helpful and Raphael knew exactly which plumber to contact when the problem escalated to include water-leaking issues, which was what was causing the problem. Would not hesitate to call Raph again for us or the in-laws.

Excellent service, knows his stuff. Well please with the job

Exceptional Service! After trying numerous, so-called electricians and being consistently disappointed Raphael finally delivered an outstanding service! Highly recommended!

Safe electric quoted significantly more than other companies for a landlord electrical survey (EICR). However, Raphael sounded very knowledgable and inspired confidence in me. (They charged £320 for two bed house). After the survey I was told that in order to certify the property I’d need to install four interconnected alarms at a cost of £1000. The EICR regulations do not require this and I can fit four good quality (Fireangel) interconnected myself for £200 which perfectly well comply. Raphael would not accept my solution unless it was vetted and approved by the council. Basically I’m being held hostage since I won’t get cert unless I spend the money,. Safe electric may be very knowledgable but after this experience I have to say that they are not appropriate for normal housing electrics. A Pragmatic and perfectly legal and safe solution offered by me was not enough. I’ve had to use another electrician in order to get certification and they were professional, practical, cost effective, and were happy to approve new 10 year battery powered alarms for my property (in line with legislation) rather than require £1000 spent. Expensive and pedantic.

Excellent service, prompt & professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company. You pay for what you get. Worth every penny. .

Prompt response to call from a congenial professional who provided expert advice as he solved the problem. I would definitely use his services again.

Excellent timely service, trustworthy and professional
