Reviews
4.4
PRW Group Ltd has reviews covering fire detection, security alarms and CCTV work, with one customer saying the firm has maintained their veterinary hospital systems for seven years. That reviewer found the company professional, courteous, responsive and well-organised. Another customer said the company was very professional and respectful while working in their home, and a third described the job as well done. A different reviewer said a promised quotation never arrived, despite reminders and an hour-long journey each way to meet Paul, and felt it would have been courteous to be told if the job was unsuitable.
PRW installed all the fire detection, security alarms and CCTV equipment in our veterinary hospital and have been maintaining it for the last seven years. I have always found them to be really professional, courteous, responsive, well-organised and fairly priced. I would recommend them.
Awesome great guys, job well done, very professional worth every penny
Great work.
All parts of this experience was excellent. Very professional. The company were very respectful and considerate working in my home. I thoroughly reccommend PRW GROUP
Quotation never materialised despite being promised and reminders sent. I travelled an hour each way to meet with Paul to discuss home automation at his office. I left the meeting with Paul telling me he would be in touch with an outline quotation. Very disappointed not to receive a quote. If a job is too big/small or not suitable for your business, please have the courtesy to say so rather than promising a quotation and not delivering.
