Raven Wales Ltd t/a Raven Fire and Security drew mostly positive feedback for CCTV, alarm and fire alarm work. Several reviewers describe prompt, tidy installation and good communication, and two name engineers as helpful and professional. One reviewer says the service was second to none from first phone contact to home visit. On the negative side, one reviewer says the business did not reply at the quote stage, and another reports that CCTV did not work properly from the start, that legal action was needed to get it looked at, and that a promised yearly maintenance visit never happened. A separate review of a venue refers to new owners and asks that customers not smoke at the doorway.
Very efficient. Great price. Excellent staff. Highly recommended
First night .new owners.lets hope it goes well for them. Good luck. I say from last owners that to respect those that do not smoke tgey ask the customer one not to stand at door way smoking or cigarettes. One not good look. Or and good for customer that have breathing issues...as last owners let smoking happen inside..but other than that nice place. Happy faces all around
Raven came and fixed my faulty camera's Paul the engineer who called was very professional and answered all my questions, he fixed the fault in no time and I was back up and running again The service I got from them was second to none ,from the first phone contact to the home visit I knew I was in good hands , thanks again Raven
They don’t reply at the quote stage so how can they be trusted to respond in warranty/aftersales. Shame on you

Many Thanks to a highly professional ,reputable company with brilliant staff who are very helpful, diligent & courteous. We have used them in the past for our CCTV & when we needed to upgrade our Alarm & Fire Alarm Systems we immediately thought of them .They were quickly & efficiently installed & a couple of minor snags quickly rectified . We now have a fantastic modern Alarm & CCTV system linked through to Police monitoring. We can & will happily recommend Raven Fire & Security to anyone looking to install a new system.
purchased alarm system, cctv, door locks. cctv did not work properly from start and they had to be threatened with legal action to get them to turn up and sort it out. had further survey off them for extra camera and other extras which was agreed would be done at yearly maintenance contract renewal date, (April 2019). Never contacted me or carried out yearly maintenance, cameras are now not viewable due to non renewal of cloud contract and alarm system is still faulty. Now having to find another installer who will sort out this for me.
Great service, prompt, tidy and at a good price. Thank you
