One Arrow Electrical Ltd

My mum and dad recently had work done by one arrow electrical, they were really pleased with the work and would highly recommend them . Big thank you from Mr & Mrs Venables

We recently had an EV charger installed by One Arrow Electrical Services, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Alan was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was flexible when it came to finding the best location for the charger and took the time to explain everything clearly, offering plenty of advice on how to get the most from the installation. What really stood out was his attention to detail. Alan is clearly a perfectionist, and the finished result looks fantastic. The installation is neat, tidy, and finished to an exceptionally high standard. He also left everything spotless when the job was complete. In fact, you could hardly tell any work had been carried out apart from the new charger being there. We’re absolutely delighted with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend One Arrow Electrical.

Recently moved into a new build and wanted a trustworthy electrician who knew what he was doing. Had double socket and lights installed. Really professional, tidy work, provided all certification and completed everything to a high standard. Very happy with the job and would definitely recommend and use again.

Professional electrician and outstanding service from start to finish.

Alan was responsive to our enquiry and quotation for an Ev charger installation. His quotation was competitive but above all and why we choose him he was friendly, genuine, explained everything clearing and resolved unknown issues on the day. Certificate came through quickly. Highly recommend.

A cracking job by Alan Sanderson at One Arrow. 4 extra plug sockets fitted, very neatly with no mess, and with really quick service given that I only approached Alan last week. Great service and local too!

Alan fitted new under cupboard lights in our kitchen. I made arrangements with Alan by email and he always responded quickly. He was very helpful and made good suggestions regarding the options and what fittings would be most suitable. We are very pleased with the work carried out by Alan and would definitely recommend him.

We required a number of electrical works including a new consumer unit which Alan undertook extremely efficiently and with the minimum of upheaval, we were very pleased with Alan and would not hesitate to recommend him.

We had a complete black out so rang them up and they came out within the hour. I can’t thank them enough being so late at night and having three young children. They manage to sort the issue within half hour as thankfully it was nothing too major. Great work

Alan came to fit two lights at our property - very happy with the service and job complete. Very efficient and prompt in organising the booking and incredibly knowledgeable when doing the job. Thank you

Alan from 1 Arrow Electrical fitted 2 outside PIR security lights. Extremely happy with the quote and all the work carried out. Very professional and friendly, when finished didn't leave any mess and would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Alan came out last minute when we had a problem and it was frosty and freezing. He was recommended by someone. We have a really old, badly wired system and he managed to get to the root of the problem and worked late. He didn’t make a mess and just got on with it. I felt as though it was a fair price and didn’t feel ripped off as sometimes happens. I’ll definitely use him again.

Alan was brilliant, coming at short notice and completing the job to a high standard. Thanks Alan!
