We had a problem with our boiler hot water issues, my wife had given birth a few days ago. Ian came straight out, diagnosed and repaired the fault very quickly. I highly recommend this company 😊 very happy customer 👍

Ian came out on a Saturday afternoon last minute for us after I messed the electrics up in the house, he came out and got them working again for us and then came back out Monday and changed all our sockets. Great service, reliable and punctual. Really saved us on the Saturday last minute. Thank you!!

Ian and Luke fitted 3 radiators and multiple lights in the space of day! All work was carried out to a high standard and any mess was cleaned up afterwards.

I had a problem with my microwave blowing up and knocked off all the sockets in my kitchen as it was a built in microwave I had to get an electrician out to remove it and check the electrical socket . I phoned about 12 Noon and he was with me at 3 pm same day which was brilliant, he helped me get my heating and hive linked up again before he left and came back the next morning to link it again after I knocked it off again trying to pair the hive app on my phone. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no charge for the return call . He was polite and courteous and if I ever need a electrician again I would definitely call Ian and his son.

Ian was so helpful! From the first message regarding needing to source and fit a gas oven. Looked over the oven I was considering buying before I purchased. Oven was delivered and himself and Ryan were here the next day installing it for me. Lovely guys, professional and friendly. I phoned Ian after purchasing a new house and asked if he could come and look at the issues flagged by the surveyor. Ian visited the same day as the initial call and quoted for the work to be completed. I was so impressed by his knowledge, friendliness, and care that was shown. It turned out that due to the age of the house, it needed to be rewired. It took three days. However, the team were brilliantly competitive on costs and probably did more work than was anticipated. I would recommend Cowell Ltd to anyone. The advantage of having a skilled gas and electric tradesman is that it removes all the stress. Thank you so much, Ian and team, you have been brilliant.

Had some electrical work done today, numerous plug sockets installed, 2 tvs installed on the wall. Absolutely amazing service nothing was too much trouble for them, the boys were great and friendly (fabulous singing while on job)🤣 Plus it is family run. Highly recommend 👌👌

We needed a new consumer unit and a few other electric jobs to be carried out around the house. Gave Cowell Ltd a call and described all the issues that needed to be resolved. Ian was very understanding of the issues and came out promptly and replaced the consumer unit and completed all of the other jobs very quickly and in a professional manner. I would recommend Ian to anybody that has any electrical issues they need resolved.

Ian was extremely helpful, and came out the very next day. He explained everything that he was going to do, before starting the work, and was very reasonable. His work was 5☆ and he kept me updated with everything he was doing. Excellent work. And a lovely guy.

Ian came out to inspect my consumer unit when it started smoking around a week ago. He gave adivce over the phone of what to do, came the next day in his own hours and checked and tested the unit and ensured all connections were secured. He has since returned today and fitted a new board, completed a circuit so I know have a ring main and tested the whole house so I also now have a certificiate. Over the moon with the results and would always recommend Ian to anyone who needs help from here on out and would happily have him back the next time I need any work to be carried out.

Ian was very professional, friendly and hard working. He replaced our boiler and gas hob very quickly due to us having a young baby and worked over the weekend to make sure that all the work was done as soon as possible.
