Complete Installation Solutions Ltd is described by several reviewers as professional and friendly, with more than one praising boiler and heating work as high quality and tidy. One reviewer reported knowledgeable staff who explained what needed doing and left the house clean, while another mentioned a new boiler, radiators and underfloor heating finished beyond expectations. A further reviewer reported prompt responses and practical advice over a long period. One reviewer said the company worked slowly to achieve very good quality, which they judged appropriate for boilers and other responsible jobs. One reviewer reported seeing a man from the company texting and calling while driving and, when this was pointed out, waving his phone in a mocking manner, which they felt showed disregard for others.
Graham and the team were a delight to deal with - professional, personable and capable. They quoted a fair price, did a terrific job, and were helpful and thoughtful. Happy to recommend,
Verry good company to work with! Was the best if other companies in any other domains was the same C I S! They work slow,to be the best quality of work, which are verry good, not to rush in jobs like boilers with big responsibility! Verry good communication between client and company all the time! Punctuality! They helped me in a emergency to change my boiler just after Christmas!they respect the client! I recommend this company with confidence. All the best!
Very pleased with work done, friendly and professional.Would definitely recommend to others in the future
Just seen him driving whilst texting and calling on his phone, complete disregard for those around him, don’t care if he’s a good plumber or not maybe think about peoples lives? When I pointed it out he waved his phone around in a mocking manner showing he really does not care.
Mr and Mrs Lodge - Wimborne When you have never dealt with a company before you have to wonder what your going to get. We required to have fitted a new central heating boiler, new radiators and the installation of underfloor heating. We picked Complete Installation Solutions Ltd from a web search and took the plunge. I have to say it was a lovely surprise to have picked such a professional outfit from start to finish. The installation was completed in every way beyond my expectations with the quality being outstanding.
Fantastic service from start to finish! Can't rate them enough!!
Excellent service. Graham, Matt and Dave were great. Very knowledgeable and quick to fix any issues. Very happy with the new boiler.
Graham, C.I.S. has just completed huge work for us. He is exceptionally cocompetent, all work was out with itemised estimates and so professionally done and he left the place as he found it. Would always use Graham again and recommend him to anyone - no, everyone!
I'm extremely satisfied with the excellent quality work that has been carried out installing the boiler - High standard of completion.
Excellent service and value for money. Reliable, knowledgeable and thorough.
I highly recommend C.I.S Ltd, they are a very professional & reliable company. Dave took the time to fully explain what needed to be done to the boiler and was very knowledgable. Carpet protectors were laid down and the house was left spic and span I was delighted with my interactuon with this company and wouldnt hesitate to call upon them again
Well organised, quality work. Used for electrical work and plumbing. Recommended.
I have used CIS for the last few years for Gas and Electric services for my own home and a rental property. I have been really pleased on each occasion, competitively priced, friendly, helpful , efficient and tidy! I would happily recommend them to others.
I've known Graham at CIS for 10 years now. I've called on his help many times over this period and I've always valued not just the work itself but the practical and pragmatic advice and problem solving that goes with it. He has our complete trust and I have no hesitation in recommending him highly.
Extremely happy with the service I received from the team at CIS. We had a new boiler installed and the job was carried out very professionally and efficiently - more importantly, cleanly! I would not hesitate to recommend Graham and his team.
Having worked with Graham and the team at C.I.S. for some time now, I can certainly recommend their efficiency, politeness and very competitive pricing. No job too small, too large or too much trouble, with all ends being met to satisfy the customer. If you want a job well done, C.I.S. are the ones to call for both gas and electrical.
We have used CIS for several years now and have always been happy with all aspects of their service. As a busy Agent managing 350+ tenancies it is imperative that when using a contractor they are professional, trust-worthy and just as importantly value for money. Graham and Paul always respond to our instructions promptly and offer the most cost-efficient solutions. They are professional and friendly with Tenants and we have no concerns with recommending them to our own Landlords but also Friends and Family too.
