Peak Power Systems Ltd installed an Okofen pellet boiler for one customer, who had no complaints about the installation itself, and another customer said a solar job had been up for six years and performed better than forecast. One reviewer praised the install as excellent and described the people as knowledgeable, professional, polite and tidy. However, one reviewer said the company's availability to support with maintenance issues is zero, that their boiler had not been working for five weeks and that no one could be reached to fix it. Another reviewer said the company cancelled two appointments on the day with the same excuse that the van had broken down.

Peak installed our Okofen pellet boiler. I have no complaints with the installation. However their availability to support with any maintenance issues is zero. Our boiler hasn't been working for 5 weeks now. We cannot get hold of anyone to come out and fix the issue. I would not recommend this company - there is no-one else in the area who is able to service a boiler of this type. Think very carefully about choosing an installation from this company when they are not interested in the maintenance of it.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. On 2 occasions they have mucked us about, cancelling 2 appointments with the same excuse "van broken down!" On the day.
