Glowbolt Group LTD

Can’t recommend this company enough. Kalv always makes sure any issues are sorted quickly. If I could give more than 5 stars then I would!

Brilliant service

Great service from Glowbolt from start to finish. The team were friendly, efficient and professional throughout. Communication was excellent, the job was booked in quickly, and everything was completed without any hassle. A great company to deal with and I would happily recommend them.

Probably one of the best companies we’ve ever used. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. My husband and I needed an emergency EICR for our house sale, as our urgent exchange date was dependent on it. As soon as I submitted the online request, Dom called and arranged for a fantastic electrician to visit the very next day. The electrician spent over two hours at the property and even worked beyond his scheduled time to ensure the EICR was completed. Dom then went above and beyond to have all the paperwork written up and signed off by 8am the following morning. What really stood out was that Dom genuinely seemed to care. He was professional throughout, kept us informed, and offered helpful advice when we needed it most. I would 100% recommend Glowbolt and will certainly be using them again for any future home needs. Thank you Dom and the team!

Excellent, professional and efficient service. Thank you

Nice guy turned up on time and did the testing, what more can one ask for.

A guy came and did an electrical test to my bungalow at very short notice which was much appreciated. He highlighted a number of issues with my electrical installation and explained why he could not issue a satisfactory installation condition report. Later the same day I received a quote to correct the potentially dangerous items. I phoned their office to confirm a few queries that I had and spoke to a chap that put my mind at rest regarding the extent of the works. I could not have been better served. I highly recommend Glowbolt and I would certainly use them again.

I highly recommend Glowbolt group. I had an EICR report done by one of their Engineers. I received the report the same day. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent.

The work was carried out quickly and professionally. I recommend them highly!

I commissioned Glowbolt to install our custom-specified CCTV system and ended up most gratified by my choice. I was particularly keen to find a company that would perform a tidy and reliable installation. Two very friendly, courteous and very conscientious chaps arrived promptly to schedule, and after initial discussion they immediately set to work, powered only by teas and occasional friendly banter. I had already provided and agreed a detailed work plan, though they presented and discussed alternatives along the way that turned out so much neater that my own work vision. In addition, they also tidied and neatly re-pinned other cables around our property, some incidentally covered in the plan, and others above and beyond to ensure a tidy professional finish. Afternoon weather was very wet and unkind, but they carried on regardless until the job was completed to my total satisfaction mid-afternoon. Glowbolt are indeed a most professional and customer-orientated company, which I can recommend without reservation.

Excellent service, great knowledge and really personable. Already lining more work up for them.

Had an EV charger installed at home and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. The install was done quickly, everything was explained clearly, and the work was super clean and professional. Great communication from Kalv and the team.

Excellent company to deal with.

Great services! They came to run my EIRC. They did an excellent job and they came quick. Will recommend 100%

Brilliant comms, fast efficient work and helpful advice. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service thank you.

Excellent communication. I requested a quote and quickly had a response. The job was booked in and report sent on completion. I would recommend this company

I was looking for a local company to help upgrade our property to pass its EICR - having worked with a different company to conduct the initial assessment they were proving slow and unresponsive/ useless to book in the remedial works. I finally reached out to Kalv and his team who took this over - not typically done, but they managed to decipher the original report and completed the job within days. I cannot rave more about their responsiveness, honesty, expertise and professionalism. It’s clear they really want to do a good job for their customers, checking in and problem solving to overcome any challenges so quickly. They also make a point to keep things simple, so many tradesmen might overcomplicate and overcharge because they can, but these guys were the opposite. It’s a great team with amazing company operations/ job execution, truly a great customer experience that I had to share this review. Thanks Kalv!! I can’t recommend this company enough.

Good communication, easy to book the work and make some minor amendments to timing. Hardy arrived on time got straight down to the job and finished earlier than expected - no problems easy to deal with.

I rarely write a Review, but I felt I must add my experience with Glowbolt. From my first phone call, I was given first class customer service. I was treated as a person, not a £ sign. I was given a full explanation of the work that was needed. The engineers that came to the house were polite and professional, they did a first class job, and left the house clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Glowbolt, a 5* experience. Thank you

Outstanding work, communication and support throughout. I couldn’t recommend Glowbolt more

Top quality service, highly recommended. Glowbolt were great from start to finish. Communicate was superb, very quick to respond and always going above and beyond to be helpful.

A fantastic professional service.

After calling many electricians and being told that they had no availability, I was massively relieved when Glowbolt returned my call and seemingly moved things around to be able to fit me in for what was an urgent job for us. The electrician who came was brilliant and very reassuring throughout the job while offering honest advice about further work that would need doing. We will definitely be calling them first for quotes for any more work.

Great communication, punctual, efficient and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Glowbolt carried out an EICR on our property. Quick turn around and good customer service

Excellent service from start to finish, very friendly staff, job met all my expectations and more, and after care has been perfect.

Very helpful staff and efficient service. Would give 5 stars but haven’t got the car yet so have not been able to use the charger. Company have said they will come back and go through everything again when we have the car

Super service... would certainly use them again for any other electrical issues that we have. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and we couldn't be happier with the service.

Harvin and Lucio did a great job on our recent electrical project! They were professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. From start to finish, their attention to detail and commitment to safety were clear. They explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and left the work area clean and tidy. It’s hard to find such reliable and courteous electricians—highly recommend their services to anyone needing quality electrical work!

I contacted Glowbolt for an electrical inspection before buying a property in Peterborough. They spotted a few issues the seller hadn’t disclosed — saved me a fortune and gave me peace of mind.
