C.P. Electrics

On a Saturday morning our consumer unit (fitted by them 7 years ago) was tripping out. On ringing C P Electrics, they helped us through isolating the appliance which was at fault over the telephone. (They also offered to visit our house). The appliance was found and the trip switch returned to its 'on' position. I would like to thank C P Electrics for their excellent service at very short notice.

Strongly recommend staying clear of these cowboys. If only their desire to actually fix folk's electrical issues could match their ability to fleece folks of large amounts of money, then I'd perhaps feel more able to recommend. Their head guy Chris charged us £420 to do a 1.5 hour EICR on two very small cottages of 1 bedroom each and did their best to fail electrical items that another electrician later said should not have been failed (probably to drum up more work for themselves (at £280 per hour). in their response below they pretend I've reviewed the wrong company, but invoice definitely says "CP electrics" on it #3310. Messed us around, wasted 3 weeks of our time with an incorrectly written EICR certificate and even illegally entered one cottage without our permission or knowledge to take photos trying to cover their own backs, Worse than cowboys((

Chris and Ryan of CP Electrics came for a second visit after replacing several socket boxes on the same loop that were dangerous. CP Electrics came this time to replace a shower unit that had blown up! We weren’t disappointed as their work is exemplary, we would give CP Electrics a 100% recommendation.

I would highly recommend Chris I posted on Facebook he got in touch with me straight away and Chris helped fix our problem over the phone. Great 5* service!!
