Excellent service throughout. Alex the engineer was fantastic—professional, friendly, and highly skilled. He resolved the issue quickly. A credit to the company. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend Alex and ACW Services highly enough. Alex provided a detailed breakdown of the work he was going to do (upgrade of existing electric heating system) after an initial survey and quickly delivered a quote for the work. Thereafter, he arranged a convenient date for the work to be done and I cannot be happier with the result. Alex is a super friendly guy, he carried out all testing, set up the heating and also on the app and answered all questions. Installation was quick, efficient and with the minimum of fuss and Alex cleaned up and disposed of all the redundant heaters. Awesome. Thanks Alex - 5 star service!!!

Great service. Thanks for a prompt repair

Alec arrived nice friendly guy , serviced the boiler and checked the radiators and made sure all were working . He did a great job and I would definitely recommend

Very good service, expertly done, very happy. Alex did a brilliant job.

Honestly, I can’t recommend Alex enough! He was very professional and friendly, and got the job done to a very high standard. During the quotation stage, Alex visited multiple times to help me decide on the best solution. He explained the different products in great detail and helped me choose what worked best for my property, always remaining patient throughout. An added benefit was that Alex’s price was much better than the other quotes I had received. I had an Electric Heating Company (EHC) electric combi boiler with a smart hot water tank fitted, along with new radiators. I also visited the EHC showroom to browse the different options, and Alex was the only person EHC themselves recommended for the job. Once the work began, Alex was punctual, very tidy, and carried everything out to a high standard. He explained the whole heating system clearly and truly went above and beyond. Overall, a great level of customer service. If I need an electric heating system fitted again, I will definitely go to Alex!

Fantastic job from ACW Services from start to finish. New heating system fitted and would never know anyone had even been in! Would highly recommend Alex and his team.

Very friendly and very knowledgeable. We needed a storage heater removed from the flat and he disconnected and removed in less than an hour. When he was done he left the area tidy too. I would highly recommend.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, communicative and competent. His work was of an extremely high standard. He worked tirelessly until the job was finished. Would highly recommend ACW.

I recently hired Alex to install an electric heating system and water heater in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed! As a one-man team, he handled everything from start to finish with professionalism, care, and serious know-how. Not only was the installation smooth and efficient, but he also took the time to explain how everything works, making sure I was 100% comfortable before wrapping up. The system runs perfectly—quiet, reliable, and energy-efficient. You can tell he takes real pride in his work, and it shows in the details.
