Several reviewers say Lighthouse Electrical did thorough, tidy work, including fitting a fan, a fuse board, outdoor lighting and an oven, and checking and certifying a flat's wiring. Some describe Craig as polite, friendly and knowledgeable, and one reviewer says he turned up when promised. Two reviewers report poor communication: one says calls and emails went unanswered after part of the job was done and mentions a mistake on the consumer unit, while another says no quote arrived after two prompts. One reviewer says the work was completed on budget and on time, and another says a job was done exactly as promised.
I have used Lighthouse Electrical for many years. Craig is reliable, professional & always fits my work in as I run holiday accommodations which often have work that needs carrying out urgently for guests. Craig is respectful of my guests as well as friendly & he always clears up after himself. I would highly recommend Lighthouse Electrical for all electrical work.
Excellent service, new Fan is amazing and I can highly recommend Lighthouse Electrical. Craig was so lovely and his advice and recommendations were excellent.
The team worked efficiently, providing a fab service and installed all our electrical requirements for our extension and outdoor lighting. Additionally installed new fuse board. We always use Lighthouse Electrical as we always receive great service!
We asked Lighthouse Electrical to check and certify the electrical installation of our flat. Craig and Martin did a very thorough job, including discovering and replacing a faulty board, and issued an appropriate certificate when they'd finished. They were professional, efficient, well-equipped and very pleasant to deal with, we will use them again and we would recommend Lighthouse Electrical without hesitation.
Craig did the initial part of the job and mostly was OK, there is a mistake on the consumer unit but his reliability is appalling, he doesn't answer his phone or respond to emails, he has really let me down, I know he is busy but I'd rather him not take on the job if he wasn't able to complete it so if you;re looking for reliability look elsewhere
Used Lighthouse Electrical to install my new oven and must say very professional, adhered to all the COVID restrictions, very polite. Will definitely use again .
Professional, reasonable and reliable! Would highly recommend.
Craig came to give survey for quote promptly but after prompting him for quotation twice no quote forthcoming not very professional on this occasion not keeping customers up to date by communication is a very poor attitude.
Craig is a great guy - managed to get our job done on budget and on time. He went the extra mile to make sure the job was completed by the deadline discussed.
Craig came out to see us exactly as promised. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the problem. Highly recommended.
We have used lighthouse electrical for all our recent electrical work. Craig is reliable, professional and friendly. His work is to an excellent standard and we will continue to use him. I highly recommend him. A very clean worker never leaving any mess. Also very punctual.
I would be happy to recommend this electrician. He is reliable (turns up when he says he will), competent, knowledgeable and carries out his work in a cheerful and friendly manner.
Very pleased with all the electrical work I have had done. This is the electrician I would recommend.
