Everyone I spoke to was very professional and friendly and they arrived when they said they would - which is important to me. I found the whole service great and good value for money.
I use these guys both domestically for my own home and my parents, and for the business I run. Always fantastic, no matter what I throw at them they get the job done. The guys on site have been incredibly patient dealing with my very fragile elderly parents, and Lucy on the phones is an absolute credit to the place. Honestly dont trust many people to be at my parents house without supervising them, but with Vale I have absolute confidence. With local businesses it's the people that make the difference and these gus nail it. Did I mention Lucy? Shes ace.
I've used Vale Electrics a few times now, for a full rewire and recently to install an EV Charger. They've given a really great service each time along with a high standard of work. They've always been on time and communicative. Will definitely use again.

We had the best experience with Vale during our renovation. Tom and Sammy carried out a full electrical rewire of our 1907 property, completing the work in an incredibly impressive timeframe while maintaining the highest standard throughout. They were professional, friendly, clean, tidy, and always happy to help – they even signed for a surprise delivery for us! The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and everything has been left spotless. We’re absolutely delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vale to anyone. In fact, we’ve already recommended them to all of our family and friends. Thank you for making such a huge part of our renovation so straightforward!
Despite spending a lot of money with this company they would only come out if i paid £500 per day up front. I did this and Mark left site at 2.30pm. The owner Rob said that was a full a day and refused to offer any sort of a refund. This company is a rip off since Rob took it over, I've never experienced such bad service.
I phoned rob at 8am our fuse board had tripped all the electrics & I couldn’t get the mains switch to flick back up it was very tight stuck. Rob was very helpful; good communication; polite and came out swiftly within a few hours. My wife was stressed out as she couldn’t work from home had to take half a day off and the fridge/freezer had gone off. Issue sorted by vale electrics within minutes. We would highly recommend Rob from Vale electrics to anyone Thankyou Rob
