JPH Electricals

JPH were excellent, recently replaced our garage strip lights with modern LED version’s resolving a long standing issue for us. The work was carried out to a high standard. Would definitely recommend them going forward.

Absolutely fantastic service. Quick quiet and incredibly tidy. The cleanest tradies I have ever had, especially has they had to drill into the walls to move light switches. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

This is the 3rd project we have used JPH and they have been great without a fault.

JPH are the best electricians in Basingstoke, hands down. The whole team are friendly, incredibly trustworthy, and very knowledgeable and professional. They treat your home as if it’s their own and take their work and electrical safety really seriously. I’d never use another electrician, only JPH.

We had a new car charger installed by JPH Electricals and are very happy with the service. Great communication, tidy working and brilliant end results. Highly recommend

Great service and staff are really helpful

Exceptional work provided by JPH Electrical I would highly recommend them and will be using them for any future electrical work in the future. Definitely worth giving them a call for any advice or needs

I highly recommend JPH Electricals, Jim and the team did a cracking assessment of the work we needed doing, worked with me to prioritise the important parts and were really accomodating in delivering on the high priority bits. Have used them before and would def use them again

Excellent EV charger installation. Easy quote and friendly team. Would highly recommend

Needed an ECIR and remedial work following a less than adequate response by a previous electrician. JPH really stepped up to the plate, sorted out what really needed doing for the ECIR and completed the work in a timely fashion and also issued a revised ECIR- all at a sensible price. Can't thank them enough- well done and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing service in carrying out an electrical installation condition report and at a very reasonable cost too!!

Really pleased with the work carried out. Polite, professional amd prompt service. Definitely recommend to others.

Have used JPH Electricals many times for projects including hot tub electrics, garden lights and security lighting. Always friendly but professional and competitively priced. Would highly recommend

Brilliant service from JPH Electricals Group Ltd! They helped me get the electrics sorted in my garden office and were super professional, helpful, and friendly from start to finish. You can tell they really care about doing a great job and making sure everything is safe and right. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough – top class service all round!

A great experience from start to finish... Great communications, clear pricing, friendly approachable manner and most importantly quality workmanship.. honestly what more can you ask for. I will confidently recommend them to all and will most certainly be using them in the future.

Excellent service. Timely response to request for a quote, arrived when they said they would, work all completed to a high standard, and came in slightly under the original quote as well. Would recommend without hesitation. Thanks to all at JPH.

This company were really good. Came out less than 24 hours after request. Did a really good job, very friendly. Excellent pricing as well

I have used JPH Electricals on a few occasions and would highly recommend their work. They’re quick to respond, professional, very thorough and reasonably priced. You won’t find better in the area.

Great service and installation of an EV charger. Would recommend them to anyone needing a similar service.

We couldn’t be happier with the work JPH Electricals did for us. They carried out a full electrical safety check with all the necessary fixes, replaced our consumer unit, installed solar panels on both the south and north roofs with a battery system providing full house backup, and fitted a car charger. They even handled everything with the electricity network provider and sorted out all the paperwork so we could apply for our Smart Export Guarantee. Everything was completed on time, to a really high standard, and the team were polite, tidy, and easy to have around. It’s been a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish — we’d definitely recommend them.

Spoke to Jim on the phone, everything was set up really quickly and clearly for an Electrical Installation Condition Report. On the day Lloyd and Tom came round and they were ace. Polite, considerate, clean, efficient: they came round, greeted the family, got along well - they also did they job very diligently, explained every part of the process and gave valuable feedback for the future. Will definitely make use of their services in the future.

I really enjoy having the JPH team visit and fix or upgrade pretty much everything electrical inside or outside the house!

We used JPH for an electrical safety test and subsequent work during the sale of our home. They were always very responsive, informative and helpful, especially fitting us in at short notice. They were very honest in their pricing, reducing the cost when it turned out we didn't need a part of the work done. We would use them again!

Work was carried out in a friendky, professional and efficient manner...and and they cleared up afterwards!!

Great electricians, would recommend. They were proactive in dealing with design issues, very neat installation, tidy workers (even completed work in the loft on the hottest day of the year without complaint). Really happy with the work. Mark

Very professional and friendly service, would highly recommend.

I would like to thank JPH Electricals for an excellent job in certifying my property electrical safe. Their employees were first class and worked tirelessly throughout the day until the task was done. I would not hesitate to recommend them regardless of the size of job. The guys were on time, tidy and mindful of property. Thanks JPH

The work was carried out efficiently, cheerfully, on time and with the utmost consideration. Before leaving the new installed item was explained fully to make sure we understood the product documentation. We were completely satisfied. Good all round.

We've never had a "go to" electrician before and now we have. Great work for both small jobs and large jobs. They installed the cable to support the air conditioning and also deepened some back boxes in preparation for home automation systems to be installed.

I called JPH expecting to book a visit next week. Kim told me she would send somebody shortly. Rare these days same day service. Sam and Brody arrived shortly and diagnosed there was a fault with my MyEnergi eddi. It was still under warranty so they suggested I call the manufaturer which I did and they will replace the faulty unit. Before leaving Sam reset my electric vehicle charger which had been put out of action due to the above fault. Will definitely be calling JPH for our next electrical job.

I have used JPH Electricals Group for both large and small jobs. They are quick to respond and are keen to deliver an excellent service. If you query some aspect of their work they do investigate and if considered a genuine issue they will resolve.

When you become an ‘adult’ with dull responsibilities - like a house to look after, you assume every business you employ is going to treat you and your home with respect… but you then realise quickly that those companies are gold dust. You pray that one day, people like these angels will arrive but they rarely do… in JPH we’ve found a right treasure of a company!! We are thrilled that after a few years in our new home we finallY have an electrician number firmly in our address book!!! They are easy to deal with, professional without any condescending behaviour at all. Just decent, honest, straightforward and a total trustworthy relief. We needed some work doing at short notice due to a baby arriving - and JPH really delivered for us. This was after a downright dodgy quote from another well reviewed local company. We chose JPH not just because of their fairer quote but because there was no smarmy behaviour or unnecessary add ons whatsoever. Proper clean, great work, efficient and even went the extra mile with making good. Thanks guys for genuinely providing good old fashioned, quality customer service. We appreciate your professionalism more than you know and we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent service when another local Electrician had really left us in the lurch by not saying up front that they did not want to (or could not) do the Job - we were desperate and Sam came in the next day at 8:30 am and sorted the issue out - Many thanks

Called Jim and his team regarding down lighting job after they had refitted a light in my utility room. Lloyd and Ian turned the job around very quickly and expertly as well as cleaning thoroughly after they had installed 16 down lights. Quality of work, politeness together with being on target with quote made for a very good experience and would recommend Jim and his team from JPH Electricals without hesitation. Cheers guys much appreciated and hope you have much success for years to come. Regards John

Hugely impressed with the response, the work and attention to detail from the chaps at JPH. They arrived quickly to solve a semi-urgent issue. We were so impressed, we then contracted them to do much wider scale job. Thoroughly professional, timely and friendly. All of the team. We're now going to get them to do further work for us. A really great operation, with an instantly likeable team of people from whom you not only get the sense that they "really know their stuff", but also really love their job. Impressive. Highly recommended.

Second time I have used JPH and I would thoroughly recommend them. They came out quickly after the Easter bank holiday for something I was a little worried about. They are always extremely thorough and take the time to explain everything and answer questions which I find really helpful and comforting. If you need an electrician I they are great- top quality service.

Have just have 24 Downlights installed on the ground floor of my house. From start to finish these guys were superb. Efficient, tidy and extremely professional. They offered some excellent advice while carrying out the work and identified some potential future problems which they rectified with the minimum of fuss and within the original quote. My house was left clean and tidy on completion of the work and I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using for any future work that I require.

Brilliant team! Clean and polite and always do a class job. Used them many times now and highly recommend

JPH have worked for us since 2020 and their service and competence is one of the best we have experienced in my career as a surveyor. Friendly and helpful which always makes a visit so much better.

Jim and his team are everything an electrical firm should be. Prompt, efficient, effective, friendly and good value. Thanks for another good job.

Efficient from start to finish and good communication. Work was carried out efficiently and with pride. Guys couldn't be more helpful and polite. I changed a few things planned and nothing was too much trouble. Wish more tradespeople were like JPH. Highly recommended 👌

I recently had some electrical works done at my flat and found Jim and the team to be very professional, kind, and skilled. I would definitely recommend them and will consider JPH for any future needs. Jim was very cooperative throughout. A big thanks to the team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From start to finish the service provided by JPH Electricals Group when installing our EV charger was first class. Jim attended to gather our requirements and provide an estimate for the work but he also provided invaluable advice on the pros/cons of the EV chargers available. This enabled us to make a more informed choice. The electricians carrying out the work arrived promptly on the installation date and were very professional. They confirmed the work to be carried out, consulted me on the placement of components and carried out the work to a high standard. The EV charger was installed neatly and surrounding electrical cabling tidied up. After thoroughly checking everything was working correctly they cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. A very professional service that I have no hesitation in recommending and I will definitely use for future electrical work.

A great and reliable electrician service!

Quick responses, kept to their quote and did a solid job. Electricians were respectful and took pride in their work. 100% would use them again going forward for any further work. Can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic job as always from JPH. The lads today were excellent, informative throughout the install, confirming the works quoted and needs required so all parties are happy. Even better the lads cleaned up after themselves leaving the room cleaner than the state they got it in.

If you need an Electric Vehicle charger installed then I thoroughly recommend Jim and Sam from JPH Electricals. They did a really professional job for me and were a pleasure to work with!

Friendly staff and very helpful

Professional and meticulous. A great company to do business with.

Can’t praise these guys enough. They’re so lovely and always do a fantastic job. We’ve used them before and will continue to do so whenever we need anything done, I wouldn’t choose anyone else. They’re always on time and get the job done quickly and tidy up any mess, plus always happy to give advice and put up with my silly questions. Thanks again Sam and Jim, until next time!

Professional from the start. 3 people arrived by 9am and just got on with the job. Replaced my fusebox, installed an EV charger and also a double socket in a bedroom. Kept me informed when power would go off so I could back up my PC. Really good job done and all cleaned up by 4pm. 100% would recommend these guys and will be using them in the future.

Jim and Sam fitted our EV charger. Great service. Nice guys, would defo use for anything else in the future.

An excellent job of work, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Installed a Hive smart thermostat for us. Careful, meticulous, tidy, efficient on the job. Responsive on quoting and scheduling. Brilliant value. Clearly knowledgeable. Super work.

Professional and friendly. We would recommend and definitely use them again!

Recommended by “EV Experts” where they had just installed a big charger for a dealer in only electric cars. JPH impressed me on the survey by spending time looking for the most elegant solution to the problem of cabling a traditional barn conversion. On the day JPH spent further hours trying to find the least disruptive route, and supplied and located a 7kWh AC charger to easily enable indoor and outdoor charging. I didn’t have to sweep up after them. The equipment works well from the start, with apps that remotely control both the car and the charger, and an overnight economy tariff that gives me 2.5p per mile. All done by qualified specialists and fully certificated. I’m very happy with the result and the experience.

Excellent company. Professional, efficient and flexible. Jim and the team do much more than simple electricals, with a range of skills to get the job done exactly the way you want.

I would highly recommend this company. They installed an extractor fan in my bathroom and I was very pleased with the work and the results.

Jim is very helpful, always cheerful and happy to help out at a moments notice. Will definitely recommend him and his company to vendors, tenants and Landlords . Thank you for helping us out today, Karen

Saturday call out as no power in any sockets around the house. Found Jim's Telephone number which was in our local area of Oakley, Hangs. Without hesitation Jim said 'I will pop up straight away. We were delighted by his response. Within a short time Jim discovered that out garden lights were causing the problem. Will certainly recommend JPH Electricals our neighbours & friends. Thank you Jim
