Customers describe 2D Energy Solutions Ltd as a local firm they would recommend. Several reviewers praise Darren by name for his communication and for explaining the technology in plain terms. One reviewer reports a PV installation was set up quickly and left them with energy savings, and another says a solar PV system was installed with honest advice and help choosing panels. One reviewer reports a battery fitted to existing panels was installed quickly and politely, though setting up the app was difficult at first. Another reports a faulty solar panel system was fixed and that they were given advice on monitoring electricity generation at no cost.
We didn't have to worry about a thing! Darren ensured we had the best hardware available for our budget, the installation went seamlessly and he provided a comprehensive handover. A massive thank you to Darren & his team for helping us to reduce our impact on the environment!!
We are absolutely delighted with the PV installation . The team worked quickly to set it all up and get our system up and running. Loving the energy savings already. And would thoroughly recommend their service to others. Super work guys - thank you .
Darren did an excellent job of installing a battery for my existing solar panels The fitting was quick and efficient, Darren and team are very polite and considerate The set up of my app was challenge due to the set up of my existing system, Darren persevered until he completed the set up Darren is a good communicator and explain the technology well in layman’s terms I would thoroughly recommend his services
Exceptional service end-to-end not only fitting out the solar panels, batteries, but also including our bespoke requirements to go off-grid in a power cut. Time and effort spent to ensure that the best solution is found against the trusted suppliers they've aligned to, ensuring detailed knowledge and competitive pricing. Highly recommend, great team, highly skilled, exceptional communication, trusted, and friendly, all the reasons why taking the time to find local suppliers is worthwhile, I could not be happier with the service they supplied
Ive been extremely pleased with my Solar PV at my own home, the entire experience from when Darren first visited to quote, to the installation was thoroughly enjoyable. The process is very professional and the honest advice has been a huge help. The system 2D installed look brilliant too, Darren helped me chose the most appropriate panels. We will definitely be using them on future projects. Highly recommend Darren and his team. Stuart Barr
2D Energy Solutions Ltd were recommended to us by a friend. Jumping into the unknown was already daunting so knowing that the company had good form was really important. Our first meeting with Darren was an excellent indicator of what the company would go on to deliver; he was prompt, fully equipped to answer our endless questions and delivered on the schedule and post-fitting queries. We ended up opting for a different battery and although the battery system fitted was unfamiliar and his first instalment, he was eager to make sure it was up and running and fully supported by the GivEnergy support team. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to take the plunge and invest in solar panels - Darren and his team are very capable, very approachable, extremely tidy and on point with delivering to schedule. And to finish, Darren has been fabulous in his after care support with questions we have had which are non-related to the fabulous work he completed but more to do with batteries and energy. Thank you so much Darren and team - we wish you continued success in supporting the need for creating our own energy!
Darren and his team spent time making sure that they had totally understood what we needed from the solar panels and where we wanted the batteries, even making sure that we had a plug in our office that would work in a power cut. They were happy to provide different options for larger and smaller systems to see what the different paybacks were. When we had problems with the app, they came back and made sure that all was working properly. I couldn't be more pleased.
Excellent company, my solar panels which were not working, were fixed, lovely man who checked everything until he was satisfied my system was working properly. Gave me good advice as the best way to monitor my electricity generation at no cost. I would definitely recommend them.
