Reviews
3.7
One reviewer said Leckytek Ltd did a brilliant job and gave fantastic service, and plans to use the company again. Another described friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service. A third reviewer, however, reported poor aftercare with CCTV installed two years earlier: they said repeated requests for instructions on fixing a camera that occasionally goes offline were refused, messages went unanswered and calls were not answered, despite being told there was a three-year warranty.
They did brilliant job and with fantastic service genuinely. I will need more work done in the new year so will definitely be calling Leckytek.
Excellent service , friendly and helpful, knowledgeable company
I had cctv installed by this company 2 years ago and thought they were great but unfortunately the after care is non existent. I have asked repeatedly for instructions on how to fix faults with the cctv system as occasionally one of the cameras will go offline but for some reason they refuse to give them to me. They don’t respond to messages and never answer the phone. All I want is for them to fix the issues with the cameras as they said I had a 3 year warranty but they never want to help. It causes so much stress and I’m so disappointed as they were so good when they installed the cctv.
