Firstly a thoroughly courteous and charming man. I had apower outage and within an hour of calling him he was with me. He was installing assessing the problem and suggesting the solution. He investigated methodically confirming his initial suspicion. He fixed the problem and advised on the cause and how to try and prevent it recurring. Absolutely spectacular job, we had an electrical issue in our house which we were not able to turn on a single light, and just on the phone half of the problem was solved. They came in the same day just a couple of hours after we spoke and they did a brilliant job for a great price. Very friendly approach, explaining every step of the process. Great service and support that I wanted you to know about! I had some work done on an extension and the job was completed, delivered and handed over with no issue. Now, a year later, picture this, it is half term with the schools closed and I get back with the family in the early hours of the morning and I have no power or lighting to the ground floor and everyone is tired. Using the details from the handover i had a year ago I get the sockets working so the fridge and freezer are on and we can get some sleep and tackle the issue in the morning. It is now Sunday, and I need to get the issue fully resolved. I call ProElec and Lee answered straight away and gave me the steps I needed to find and resolve the issue, all whilst he was off work and wouldn't take anything for it. Now that is great customer service!

I am almost 62 and have had many tradesmen over the years but I can honestly say Lee and his team are the best I have ever had. They arrived when they said they would which is unusual these days and they were all approachable and friendly and they did a fantastic job of installing my solar batteries. They provided good old fashioned service when ensuring everything was done to perfection. I sent Lee an email about my solar panels that had stopped working and he came around to diagnose the issue quickly. He was pretty sure it was the inverter from his initial tests but wanted to double check so came around again when there was a bit more sun to double check the numbers. He then quoted 2 different options for inverters which were cheaper than I had expected from an earlier google search. Around a week later he came and installed it. He also tidied up the dodgy solar panel meter from the original install, fixing a couple of exposed wires and labelled up a bunch of things that were missing around the whole electric installation. The app it comes with is also great, I am glad I picked the option with that. Very easy communication and great service. Thank you very much for fixing my solar panels, right in time for the sun to come out.

I had a domestic electric failure & required an emergency electrician. I phoned Lee who couldn't attend but tried his best to help on phone. We have recently redone our living room and ProElec did a fantastic job installing LED down lights, replacing sockets and even mounted our new TV on the wall, cutting a channel inside the wall to feed HDMI cables through so there are no exposed wires. They did a really neat job, cleaned up the very little mess that was caused and were friendly and reassuring throughout. I’ll definitely call them first when I need any more electrical work - in fact, I’ve already booked them for another job.

Lee and his son wired up the summer house that was built in the back garden. They used armoured cable from the consumer unit to the back garden. The armoured cable was attached to the side of the house very neatly, and the sockets were put into the Summer House with an RCD. Lee and his son also put spot lights inside and outside the Summer House. The cabling and trunking were done exceptionally neatly. Lee's work is exceptional, his attention to detail is very good, he is very neat and he is conscientious off the work that he does. I would highly recommend any electrical work to be carried out by Lee and his son.

Can't recommend proelec services strongly enough. Lee responded very quickly to my initial enquiry to install a new electric cooker and also upgrade our fuse board. A price was quoted along with a date for the work to be carried out . All work carried out in a thoroughly professional manner, explaining what needed to be done and why. Right, were can I start with these guys. Well to start with I cant recommend them highly enough. A very reliable and professional company. I wouldn't dream of using any other company. I recently had a full rewiring of my house. Total damaged caused, 6" x 1" of an internal wall cut out behind a set of bedroom drawers. In fact the guys went out of their way not to make a mess despite me telling them several times not to make things hard for themselves. They gave me a quote which was fair and reasonable and they stuck to it. No hidden extra's or add ons despite every switch, socket and downlight in the house being replaced. And, before anyone starts thinking it........ No, I am not related to any of the guys. Im just a retired, ex professional worker who dealt with the public for over 35 years and appreciates an excellent, honest company when I see one. Cant thank these lads enough for everything !
