A Smith Electrical (IOW) Ltd

Full electrical rewire of a house, all seemed fine. Until a few months later. I reported an issue with the light in the utility room within a few months after it started flashing like a strobe. I also sent video footage for the avoidance of doubt. Andy never responded to my emails or voicemails so I will have to employ the services of an alternative trustworthy electrician. I paid over the odds for every component I upgraded from the standard white sockets and lights , Andy came to do the quote and that was the last I saw of him as he employed a newly qualified electrician to maximise profit and when I had paid my final bill on schedule, he made like a ghost and I didn't hear from him again. I am very disappointed with the lack of after care from this company.
