Ridley brothers of Gosforth have replaced a few light fittings to LED fittings. Very professional work, have brightened the rooms. I am very satisfied with there work and would recommend them anytime. Also carried out PAT testing all at a reasonable cost.

Problem with our bathroom lights blowing fuses regularly. Called up and someone was able to come out quickly to diagnose the problem (our extractor fan) and sorted the issue. Came back the next day and fitted a new extractor fan. All done for a much more reasonable price than I'd expected when calling out an electrician.

I think these people must have too much business already as they advertise their services in Right Up Your Street magazine but when you phone up, they say they will get back to you when a slot becomes available, but never do!

I am really impressed with this firm, they are extremely professional and reliable and top it off they get the job done.

Tried to arrange for them to come to look at our immersion heater. We were told we'd be given a time on the following Friday which was 4 days later. I waited for several hours on the morning and heard nothing. I called them and was told to get someone else. I doubt I would have heard anything if I hadn't called which is particularly disappointing after taking a day off work.

THSI PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. PHONED NUMEROUS TIMES ACROSS THE SPAN OF 3 MONTHS AND EACH TIME I LEAVE MY NUMBER WITH THE RECEPTIONIST, I GET TOLD DAVE IS OUT AND WILL COME BACK LATER TO GO THROUGH HIS BOOKS AND CALL ME. Ridley Brothers came out when I had a problem with my electrics. They were very professional and found the problem within my electrical system. I was very happy with the service that was provided and wouldn't hesitate to call on Ridley Brothers again if I need their services.

Ridley Bros electricians have worked on my previous houses, completing all electrical work to the highest standards. I recently moved and my house needed a full rewire, whether it's a small job or a full rewire the service is always excellent. I have used Ridley Bros for more than 20 years.

I have used Ridley Bros of Gosforth a number of times. Every time all work is done to an excellent standard and a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them and would not use anybody else.

I’ve known and used this family firm for more than 20 years. No job is ever too big or too small. They’ve done re wiring and building extension jobs for me, sources new items like light fittings to replace old and broken ones, and even changed the odd light bulb!! Great firm, family run with family attitudes to helping wherever they can.

Very very rude staff.

They where very quick to responed to my call for help; they came to the house and rectified my low voltage lighting problem, within one day. There tradesman where quick to find the faults, tell us the price to fix the problem, and left no mess. I would ask them to fix any electrical problems, should I have them. I wish to say thank you, and would recommend Ridley Brothers any time.
