West Wales Electrical Solutions

Professional, reliable, on time and super helpful, just perfect. This was the third time using these guys and I wouldn't hesitate using them again. Worth every penny.

This company are knowledgable and helpful. They are highly approachable and their quotes are reliable - the bill when you get it is exactly as one expects. They arrive as promised and work cleanly and efficiently.

Professional and reliable. Definitely recommend.

Great company who are professional, friendly and super helpful throughout the process. Would highly recommend using.

Good service at a reasonable price, very helpful staff , clean and tidy work completed in a prompt time frame , turned up when they said they would.

I've used West Wales Electrical solutions 2 or 3 times recently, each time the booking communication was super clear and the electrician who attended was super knowledgeable and professional. Highly rate these folks!

Prompt arrival, efficient working, nice man who worked quickly and unobtrusively. When he'd finished, it all worked, all except 1 lightswitch thst works upside down! But we can live with that! many thanks to all

As with any good electricians it took a while to get our appointments because they are always in demand! Having said that, we cannot fault the work they did, it was first class. The staff in the office are really lovely and helpful and the electricians on site were brilliant and took the time to ensure all was working as it should be. Would definitely recommend their services.

These guys were great. I rang up and a few days later they came by our property and resolved an Ethernet cable issue dealing with. Ben also helped us fix a wiring problem that we had discovered. It’s great value because they just charge you for labour and parts rather than for a job specific quote. Would use them again for sure.

Ben put in a dual storage heater - very knowledgeable about the heater. Great job - and left the room tidy. He also had time to consult on my next electrical project which I’ve booked in as he gave me confidence he could complete the work.

Excellent service and good value. Ben the electrician was very helpful and quickly installed my new cooker hood. Many thanks 👍

Very efficient and pleasant. highly recommend.

Proffessional, efficient service. Every member of staff we dealt with were friendly. Fair price quoted and all materials double checked with us on site. Would.definately recommend for residential work

WWES have been wonderful in every way. Very caring for my Dad and his situation, responding fast and efficiently. They have worked hard to keep my old man warm and with power through the winter. I whole heartedly recommend them.

Highly recommend. Thank you for turning up and getting the job at hand done, Quickly.

What a find, accidentally found this company and have had an amazing experience from all the staff. Nothing is a problem, excellent team from admin to electricians. We have had alot of work done and have plenty more to come, I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Really helpful upfront information, gave me a product that suited our needs and an excellent service throughout installation. Highly recommended

West Wales Electrical Solutions were great. They did a small job quickly efficiently. Worth taking into consideration in the future.

We only had relatively small jobs but the young man came as promised and undertook the work. Very efficient, pleasant and completed them in a short time to a high standard. The office kept you informed all through the process and I would definitely recommend them

Hi I had some work carried out by the lads at West Wales Electrical Solutions. All the work was done to a very high standard and as I had asked it to be done. They are very friendly and helpful I have no problem in recommending them to anyone. And will uses them again. Many thanks to you all. Roly Cox

Fantastic service .. highly recommend. Used to disconnect my EV charger and relocate at new property. Very efficient and affordable. Thank you

We had a problem with our security alarm so rang West Wales Electrical Solutions, who we have used many times. Spoke to Geoff who said he would be there within the next 2 hours Within a few minutes an email arrived confirming the appointment. just over an hour later the office rang to say Geoff is 5 minutes away and on his way to us. Tradesmen don't come better than West Wales Electrical Solutions and this is why we use them. Their service is superb.

Excellent company who I have no hesitation in recommending or having back to do more work. Ben and Michael are a true asset to you!

Excellent service from office to electricians high on my list

Neat little job to install a double weatherproof external socket, nice friendly sparky, very neat no mess no fuss. Am very pleased with the work. Would recommend.

We have been employing the professional services of WWE for approx. 1 year now for both residential and business applications. It was the best telephone number I dialled!! They have become our go to for all our electrical installations and issues. They are consistent from the moment they answer the phone, to the communication about arranged appointments all the way through to the delivery of the service which is extremely professional, reliable and always of high quality. I feel secure that if I have an electrical issue WWE will safely and securely deal with the issue. Their aftercare service is excellent and they will always go that extra if they possibly can. Their prices are fair and detailed. My review will maybe read as an advert but I do not often write reviews but my continued experience with a well run and developed business in the local and wider market is such that they deserve the review 150%!

Brilliant service! We were struggling to find an electrician to come and help us. Part of the electric sockets circuit had stopped working and we had been told that we needed to have a complete rewriting. The electrician John, that came turned up on time, was so diligent and managed to reconnect the circuits one by one. From booking an appointment to bringing clear and concise expectations from each visit. We have used them twice and will continue to use them until all our electrical plans are complete. Thank you for the wonderful service.

The electrician was very polite and carried out a professional installation.

A great company that did a brilliant job and their communication was second to none. Would totally recommend them and would certainly use them again for any future projects

I’m so happy with the service I received from West Wales Electrical solutions. Their electrician was a very polite and competent young man who sorted my problems out with no drama. I would recommend him and the company he works for with every confidence

Very impressed with the customer service side of arranging appointment times and days. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process. The electrician who attended to de-commission my existing cooker and install new one arrived on time, explained clearly his job for the day. He got to work promptly and even supported the cooker delivery guys to ensure the job was to my satisfaction. The electrician even spotted a missing screw on the new cooker prior to it being put into position. He also checked the new cooker electrical load by putting the cooker to full capacity to give me comfort that the electrics were suitable. I would use the company again for any of my electrical needs.

Solar system installed, excellent work completed. Extremely happy with the job, very professional, clean and tidy. Couldn’t fault them from start to finish.

Always come when they say. Michael Always does a great job. Highly recommended.

Harry worked hard and stayed till late to trace the fault and gat my electricity back on. I was really glad pressed with his work and the cost was not sky high.

Great service .Kept up to date with information on visit and a clear cost breakdown of time and parts. Highly recommend.

Excellent service & work carried out by engineer

I am very pleased to recommend West Wales Electrical Solutions. An electrician came very quickly, found the fault with the alarm and now the system is perfect again. It has given me confidence for the future, that I can be sure that any problem will be solved quickly. With very many thanks, Gwen Gibby

WWES recently fitted a new double socket, neatly fitted, cables and trunking. They also replaced some old GU10 halagen lights with new LED lights and replacement compatible dimmer switch. Good job all round, would recommend.

WWES are my first choice whenever I need any electrical work, on this occasion I used them to upgrade a consumer unit and have a EV charger installed. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the advice received concerning the choice of EV charger.

Really happy with the services provided. From top to bottom it’s a slick operation. Great communication in the office and very professional engineer's. We’ll definitely be using them again.

I recently used this company for the first time to install outside lights and a Hive heating system around my property. The company are very well organised, prompt and very efficient. The office kept me regularly updated when planning the works, the electricians turned up on time, completed the works in the agreed time and left my property spotless. I will use them again and would highly recommend them. Many thanks Alyson (Newcastle Emlyn)

My solar panels had problems and it took me a while to find anyone capable of checking them. WWES came to the rescue with a prompt appointment and a knowledgeable engineer. He diagnosed what had happened and offered a solution- which I will accept.

Courteous and friendly lads got on with the job and left ZERO mess. All waste items presented in a bag for disposal. Nice touch of class. You don’t always get that.

Dear Sirs I apreciated the fast response to my need for help and bearing ln mind I am trying to do the work myself some people would not be generouse with their assistance.I would call you again if I neede help.

Once again i have had the pleasure of contacting West Wales Electrical Solutions and as always quick result from Jenny and Harry the job has has been carried out and again 10 out of 10 for service 😊

This company and it's employees individually provide an excellent service and nothing is too much trouble for them. Definitely recommend them for electrical work.

Brilliant from start to finish. Very friendly and professional staff, from the person who did the survey to the Electricians who did the job. They were punctual and worked rapidly. They took the time to explain anything we asked.

Very professional service, great communication throughout, would definitely use again

Company got back in contact the same day I left a message. Booked and visit within a week, great work happy to use again

Excellent service and very good communication .

This is the 5th time I’ve used West Wales Electrical, they turn up as expected, do a tidy high quality job and charge a fair price. I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff who gave good advice and explained fully what the job entailed and cost.

WWES fitted smoke/CO2 alarms throughout our holiday cottage and undertook the annual PAT testing. John arrived on time, worked really hard all day, was polite, careful, helpful and efficient. WWES is our go-to for any electrical work. We know we can trust them to show up, do a great job at a fair price, and that means everything.

West Wales Electrical Solutions completed various works at my property in February 2024. This included re-wiring, the installation of a new consumer unit, new smoke/heat alarms and an Electric Vehicle (EV) charging point. Michael, Ben and Karl arrived each day exactly on time. They were competent, tidy and extremely professional. The work was completed to a high standard, on schedule and to the estimated cost. The office administration was faultless. You really couldn't ask for more!

I discovered this firm a few weeks ago, following a friend's recommendation. My lighting had gone down and WWE came out that evening on an emergency call. The electrician who visited was efficient and helpful, getting my lights back on and suggesting a very sensible and simple modification to reduce a future recurrence. WWE were back last week to carry out that modification and deal with a couple of other matters which I'd been saving up. Great office back-up, too - giving excellent & friendly communication. Impressive!

West Wales Electrical are exemplary at what they do I cannot recommend them enough. We are currently working on a large project with many different trades, if all of them were like WWE the project would be finished by now. Outstanding attitude towards getting the job done, great communication and a genuine understanding of the job in hand.

Prompt, good listening to what is needed, efficient and friendly

Every time we use the great teams at West Wales we are never disappointed. We have good communication and the work is well done. Angela is a delight to communicate with and Goeff has an extended knowledge on solar panels and wind turbines. Highly recommended if you want a professional company.

Fantastic service, cannot recommend them enough! After several months of ‘Pembrokeshire promise ‘ no shows from other electricians ;from the moment we contacted west wales electrical solutions what a refreshing change. Swift contact from Angela in the office, to inspection and review of our needs to job done by the fabulous team of Michael and Ben, confirmation of appts, on time, polite, thorough , tidy and just really nice people. Thankyou so much ❤️

West wales electrical solutions, sent an electrician to our home , as we wanted extra sockets fitted in the kitchen also we wanted the electric cooker disconnected. The result the young man did an excellent job . We won't hesitate to use this company again.
