Arrowtec Ltd customers repeatedly report professional, polite and tidy work across solar, battery and EV charger installations. Several reviewers say the team explained the process clearly and kept them informed from quote to completion, and more than one mentions a tidy site and a neat finish. Reviewers also report that Mark and the team answered questions patiently, with one describing advice on the best solution for their needs and budget. Other reviews mention savings on energy bills after solar and battery installations, and one reports help with an app on a video call. No material criticism is reported in the supplied reviews.
The service we received from Mark, Ryan and Jacob was first class. My initial observations were that the business is very well run and organised. Contact by phone or email for instance, was promptly dealt with, coupled with the assurance that we were constantly 'kept in the loop'. The workmanship was also first class. Ryan and Jacob worked quickly and precisely, using an array of technical tools, plus the appropriate digital aids. Hence they installed our inverter and batteries with the minimum of fuss and mess, giving us the most efficient solar system we could have wished for. However, they are partial to tea, biscuits and cake. Brian and Marian Snelgrove
Outstanding service from start to finish! We recently had a large and complex solar and EV installation completed by Arrowtec at our home in Desford, featuring 20 solar panels, a battery system, a 3-phase upgrade, an EV charger, an inverter and extensive ground and electrical works (including rearranging our electrical boards). Ours is a period house, so keeping the property's aesthetics intact was a top priority. Mark and the team carefully planned the layout so the panels were installed on the side of the garage and a carport, ensuring the main house looked untouched while still maximizing our solar generation. Because of our setup, this was far from a straightforward job. It required multiple consultations, careful problem-solving and coordination with the grid and energy providers. Throughout the entire journey, Mark was absolutely outstanding in his support, expert advice and solution-driven approach. The installation team - Mark, Ryan and Jacob were thoroughly professional, experienced and skilled. They worked hard, put in long hours, and effortlessly resolved unexpected challenges along the way while keeping us fully informed. If you are looking for a skilled, trustworthy and professional team for a solar and EV setup, whether stratight forward or for a complex or non standard property, we cannot recommend Arrowtec enough. Thank you to Mark, Ryan, Jacob and the whole crew!
From start to finish Mark and his team at Arrowtec have been nothing but top class.
We have a maintenance contract with this company for our EV Chargers and Solar Panels. Brilliant partnership… so pleased we appointed them. Highly recommend!
Huge thanks to Mark and the Arrowtec team for a brilliant experience. They were professional, thoughtful, and clearly take pride in doing things properly. From the initial quote to the final installation, everything was smooth and well‑communicated. They listened carefully to my wife’s concerns about safety and aesthetics and made sure the finished solution addressed every one of them. We’re extremely happy with the result. If you’re considering solar or EV work, Mark is the person you want.
Really professional installation, very reliable and tidy. The whole process was explained clearly and done without fault. 100% recommend
Fantastic service Knowledgeable Speedy
Can't recommend Mark and the team enough for solar and battery storage. Honest, friendly and very competitive quote. Willing to advise and explain the best solutions for your needs or budget.
Brilliant company! Ben went above and beyond to help me out in an emergency today. Cannot recommend enough, would give 10 stars if I could!
A really excellent company to deal with! Explanations were just right and great work done on installation day. Very, very happy with Mark and his team. Proper people I'm happy to recommend to anyone thinking of Sodium Batteries.
Arrowtec did a great job preparing for and installing the Eleven Energy sodium batteries. As part of the installation they had to deal with the very messy electrical system of our old house including our fuse / distribution board that had evolved over many years into a baffling nest of wires and fuses. They reorganised and replaced it, labelling everything clearly. In spite of various challenges they met along the way (due to the age of our house) they managed to finish on time and left everything working well and looking neat and tidy. We are delighted with our new system, which is already saving us money.
Excellent team of installers, very clean and very customer focused and helpful. Would use again. Thank you.
Brilliant experience using Arrowtec. I had an EV charger installed. Quick quote. Very polite installer (Rhys). Highly recommend.
Rhys. Thanks for your hard work. You did a very tidy job for us and worked hard to conceal everything, as much as you could given the right working space. Have a great Christmas.
Arrowtec installed both solar and a battery to our home. We are so pleased with the system and seeing a huge reduction in energy bills. Such a smooth, professional process, and a really easy system to maintain. I would recommend Arrowtec to anyone looking to reduce energy bills. Thanks Mark and Holly!
Excellent service from quotation to installation of our solar panels and EV charger. Thoroughly recommend Arrowtec. Now obsessing about the saving and our solar charge!
We had solar panels, a battery and an EV charger fitted by Mark and team and couldn’t be happier. The experience was great from start to finish, and didn’t seem to get annoyed by my questions! Would highly recommend.
Cannot recommend this company enough. The whole team were Friendly polite and extremely professional. Mark went above and beyond from quote to completion.
I've used Arrowtec on several projects in the last year and the standard of work and professionalism has always ben top notch. No doubt I will be using them again.
My personal experience was absolutely 5 star. If you are looking for a company that will work with you, keep you informed, reply within a very reasonable time frame, be as helpful as practically possible, then look no further. I wholledly recommend. I am extremely happy with my installation to date. (1 month ago).
Speedy installation by a lovely young man. Any teething problems with us navigating and using the app as new users were quickly ironed out with Mark on a video call. All in all very pleased with a neat and tidy installation and great aftercare!
We’re really pleased with our solar and battery installation. From the very beginning, the team gave great advice during the quotation stage, helping us understand the options and what would work best for our home. The installation itself was quick, tidy, and professionally done. Everything looks great and fits in well with the house. We’ve started seeing savings on our energy bills straight away. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience – would definitely recommend Arrowtec to anyone thinking about going solar!
Attention to detail by Mark and his team was the hallmark of our Solar Panel installation. The design of the panel layout, including small but important consideration like anti-bird nets, was impressive. The actual installation was efficient and quite trouble-free. Also, I took Mark's advice changing to Octopus Energy and soon expect to get payback for my excess energy supplied to the grid. A 5-Star Service!
Arrowtec today, installed a bathroom light fitting and two light switches in the living room and a sterling job they did. Very efficient & obliging. I had one faulty/spongey switch to which the young man said he might have a spare one in his van (unfortunately he didn’t) but very helpful he was. I’ve used Arrowtec before and found them to be a reliable company. Excellent service, thank you.
Mark and Rhys have carried out several jobs for my company over the past few years and have always been spot on. Very knowledgeable and professional and never let us down!
Excellent service from Arrowtec Solar & EV. We had an EV Charger un-tethered fitted and was a little unsure what cable we needed etc and Mark was very helpful with his knowledge of what we required. Their after sales service is very good too, would highly recommend using Arrowtec Solar & Ev if you require Solar or EV chargers fitting.
We had Arrowtec install solar panels and an EV charger, and we couldn’t be more impressed! From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer our questions. The solar panels are performing brilliantly, and it feels great to see the savings on our energy bills already. The EV charger was installed seamlessly, and they made sure we understood how to use it before they left. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. We’re so glad we chose Arrowtec and would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar or EV solutions!
I always like to give local companies, where possible the opportunity to quote for work I am considering having I found Arrowtec Solar & EV at a stand, at an event in the village. I was impressed by professionalism of the owner’s knowledge and gave them the opportunity to quote for a solar installation. From start to finish they were totally professional. (Even through the many downpours) being neat and tidy and keeping us informed as work progressed. The job was completed within the timeframe with a full handover. Since then the after sales service has been impeccable which is very rare, I’ve learned over the years. I would highly recommend Arrowtec Solar & EV to anyone wishing to install Solar or EV chargers. Excellent first class sola installation with 100% customer first approach, I highly recommend Mark for your personalised sola installation and electrical work
I was recommend by a neighbour. Called Mark and he was round the next day. Quote was slightly cheaper than having it through E-ON but personally id rather pay a little more and support a local business. Mark wasn’t pushy at all and explained the job well. Had the EV charger installed following week with no hassle. All certificates emailed at the time of install. Highly recommend.
Mark and his team installed solar panels and batteries swiftly and efficiently. From quotation to completion the whole process caused minimum disruption and we were kept informed at every stage. Took great care to ensure we could use the app and understood our installation. Highly recommend.
We had panels and a battery fitted beginning of April. We asked Mark around for a quote after a friend recommended him. From when Mark visited our home to the last day of installation.... everything was done perfectly. He patiently answered all of our queries and kept in touch at every stage. We were updated with everything so we were never chasing. Thank you Mark for everything.
Mark and his team fitted an EV charger and a new installation board for me, due to new company vehicle. Could not recommend them enough. Polite and very knowledgeable, remaining in contact pre installation and throughout. Work area was left clean and debris free. Very reasonably priced and will definitely use again. Thanks Arrowtec Ltd
A couple of years ago I'd looked in to getting Solar and the sums didn't add up. With the rapidly increasing prices of Gas and Electricity I thought I'd see what was available today. I initially got some quotes from the large energy companies and then I realised there was a local familly run business that fitted Solar Systems so I invited Arrowtec / Mark over to give me a quote. Mark was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all of my questions. When he sent through the quote, the value for money that his solar solution was going to give was considerably better than the larger campanied I'd had quotes from. I agreed to have them install my Solar panels, batteries and inverter. They arranged all of the necessay paperwork and then installed the system over three days with minimal disruption. They were totally professional and everyday when they left you could not tell they has been, everything was completely vacuumed and tidied up. Even the wife commented that they were the best workers we had ever had. I've now been running with the system for a couple of weeks now and it's performing better than I expected. Even in the couple of overcast days we have had. From the couple of nice spring days I know that I'll be producing and exporting more tha I'm going to be using. I've had some questions since it's been installed and Mark's been very helpful and quick to respond. Would I recommend a Solar Solution yes I would. Would I recommend Arrowtec to install it, without any hesitation. Give Arrowtec / Mark a call you won't be disappointed. I'm more than willing to discuss my solution and install if you have any questions.
Arrowtech fitted our semi with 8 solar panels and battery. From start to finish they were very professional and completed all of the work to a very high standard with minimal disruption. The panels even look great on the house! Can't recommend them more!
We couldn't recommend Arrowtec more highly, the quality of their work was amazing. Mark and Rhys were very professional and clearly take pride in the work they do! The communication was clear all the way through. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thanks again Harpal and Hemma.
Work carried out for us by Mark in connection with our AC system was carried out with great care and professionalism at every point of the instillation. We have used them before and will certainly use them again.
Arrowtec - what a great firm did everything asked and more - I would highly recommend for any electrical work required
After working with Arrowtec and Mark for multiple Solar Installs, I can say his quality of work is excellent. The quote was as described and even had a bonus promotion during the Black Friday period. Brilliant business and service. Couldn’t recommend more!
Arrowtec are an extremely proffessional outfit. The quality of their work is first rate. Communication was very clear and everything was explained. Arrowtec accommodated all of my needs in the time estimated for a very fair price. After the job was completed the site was cleared perfectly and the relevant paper was issued. Faultless!!!
Excellent service as always! Highly recommended!
Very professional throughout and did a really tidy job, clearly takes pride in his work. Really happy and would definitely use again and recommend to others. Many thanks
Affordable and efficient service for our plug socket removal. Recommend to all needing electrical works for their homes.
An excellent job done by Mark. He replaced our old alarm system with a new one. This work was carried out quickly and efficently and leaving no mess behind.
We couldn't recommend Arrowtech more highly. They completed a full rewire for us on a large property in early 2023. The communication was spot on from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion of the project. The whole onsite team were punctual, polite and professional at all times, even when last minute changes were thrown at them. We wouldn't hesitate recommending Arrowtech in the future for both residential and commercial works and will continue to use them for all our electrical requirements going forward.
Mark was great, would highly recommend and will certainly use again for any electrical and/or house security jobs we need doing.
