⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn't recommend Dai and the team at Live-Link Electrical enough. They recently handled the full pub renovation for our business, Baffle Haus, and the entire experience was flawless. This was a full rewire and fit out and from start to finish, the team was incredibly efficient, tidy, and professional. When undertaking a project of this scale, you want an electrician who inspires total confidence and Dai did exactly that. He brought brilliant suggestions to the table while remaining completely focused on helping us achieve our specific vision and goals. It felt like a true partnership throughout the build, and we are absolutely thrilled with the final result. To top it off, the post-project support from Dai has been outstanding. I had an emergency as rodents had eaten through wires causing a short and they were with me within an hour, had my main electric up that afternoon and came back after a couple of days to reside the kitchen. Very professional, open and friendly service.

Called Live Link asked for a quote, He came round Looked took photos promised a quote by e mail by middle of next week. Totally let me down. The quote Never arrived, Maybe the job was too small for him, Wanted to trust a local guy, But if hes anything to go by unless hes going to make a killing on a job, Forget it. I certainly wouldnt recomend. Pity theres a no star rating
Called Live-link with a problem with our light fittings in our spare room. As I have know idea about electrics, and so was not very useful at explaining on the phone, Live-link said they would pop in on their way home as they were passing. Although I stated that it wasn't a complete emergency, so don't come out of working hours, the gentlemen turned up @ 7.15 that evening. Within 10 mins he had identified the problem, and explained the options available to us. He kindly offered to get the part needed and come sort it out the following evening (after again insisting to leave it until he was free in the day). Very tidy, minimal fuss, all explanations are clear & jargon free. Would happily use again, and recommend to my friends and family. A*.
Done work for both me, and my family. Very reasonable prices for the amount of work carried out. Very tidy, very helpful with my barrage of questions. Works at a good pace, and very good jobs completed. Wouldn't hesitate to have back for other electrical needs.
