They are a disgrace of a company. Reasons are as follows, staff are extremely dishonest and non-truthful, dont have any faith in what they say. Make sure you ask all names and job titles to hold the people accountable to maintenence management at nihe. Actual tradesmen literally hide in their parked vans without even going to front door of property, then they take multiple dodgy photos of black screens to claim they where at your door for no access. If this happens to you, again report it immediately to nihe management. Policy for 24 emergency jobs for some reason always takes weeks with many multiple men coming out to do nothing just to clock hours up, without actually doing nothing. Surely this is criminal fraud and unethical at the very least. Start documenting and use all your own or/and neighbours doorbell ring footage to hold them accountable. Shocking and disgraceful

Brilliant service . I got a new boiler and radiators . The team came at 8.30 am and were finished by 3pm they left a neat and tidy job

This is an absolute joke from the employee paddy. I was in hospital from the 24th of August till the 1st of September. I came home to no gas supply. The engineer paddy that was due to turn my supply back on left a notice from the company saying he called and I missed him. I rang paddy and he said he wrapped my door in which was lies as I was waiting on him. I had surgery and have another number of health conditions. And ive been told by paddy ill have to wait till tomorrow to get my gas switch on. The meter was changed while I was in hospital getting surgery. And because I was in hospital phoenix gas engineer didn't have access to my flat to test the gas supply was safe. Im now without heating and hot water because of paddy couldn't be assed to do his job and wrap the customers door to complete the job hes paid to do. Im a builder business owner myself and if one of my employees did this to a customer of mine he wouldn't be employed at my company anymore. This is an absolute joke and a tragic way to treat any body customer never mind someone who is ill and only after treatment and has only life expectancy. Im going to take this to as high as possible to make sure paddy never treats another person like this and the company is held responsible for its staff.

Had an engineer out to fix the hot water as it wasnt heating. Such a rude man he was cheeky and condescending. Had to ring the office to complain. Of coirse i didnt hear back from them
