I am very satisfied with the service of the company that repaired the heating and boiler in the apartment. Very fast and high quality, the guys were very polite, explained how everything works and didn't leave until they were sure that I learned how to use the boiler.

From initial contact to the completion of our work Wall Lag have provided us with excellent service. Patrick listened to us as customers and our wants. He put in place a team of plumbers led by Jimmy, a man who knows heating systems inside out, who makes sure the work completed is to a high standard. Jimmy also shows his patience with a team of apprentices, allowing to build their careers. Added to this all the workmen (and Ellie!) were a delight to have in the house. They all have a determined work ethic, but are always willing for a quick chat and to answer my many, at times ridiculous, questions! We are impressed with the efficiency of installing a whole new ASHP heating system. Also, how they managed to start work so quickly for us when we were in desperate need! Wall Lag responded to any minor issues we had with solutions and have turned up to resolve minor running issues within 30 minutes of a call! I can’t fault the service, professionalism and end product. I would highly recommend giving Wall Lag a call if you are considering installing a new heating system and if possible ask for Jimmy to complete the work!

Helpful and very accommodating staff

Had new radiotors and boiler fitted (housing tenant), the lads we very hard working, so polite, friendly and efficient. The plumbers and the electricians worked so well together and both were approachable with any questions I had etc… would definitely use in the future and recommend to friends. Lovely bunch of workers x

Will and Ryan provided an unbelievable services.. 2 lovely polite, professional lads, we're very hard working, got the job done, lovely to chat to an very clean, took all the rubbish away and left everything as it should be.. Very happy.. Would definitely recommend and use again if ever needed.

Wall - Lag are one of the best compay's that the flintshire county council have employed, There work colleagues were clean and presented their company in a very good light. All of their staff were respectful , polite, left the site in a clean condition. It was a pleasure too have on site.👍

Just had an Air Source Heat Pump installed by Wall Lag, very efficient and knowledgeable, my personal thanks to Phil and Callum, they were fab!! never stopped working all day, very polite and friendly, excellent installation and no mess left behind, if you are thinking of having an ASHP installed I would highly recommend Wall Lag.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Requested a quote, after a home visit, 2 weeks of emails and phone calls they still haven't come back to me. the other reviews are right. don't waste your time with this company they have no interest in customer service!

Very Very helpful

4 phone calls and still no appointment booked, phoned another company booked appointment, got quote, insulation installed in under a week. Don't know why Wall-lag even bother to advertise if they don't want the business. Don't waste your time when you can get better service from smaller companies

Thanks to Craig, Huw, Patrick and Harry. A great job, professionally carried out, with courteous and friendly guys. Nothing was too much trouble and they stayed late on the Friday night to complete what had become a lengthy and complex job and cleared up after themselves.

Awful! First ever review I have written due to the outright frustration. Had to chase for a quotation. Should have took the message at this stage. Requested installation heard nothing back. Received a phone call out of the blue that an installation would be cancelled 'tomorrow' despite me knowing nothing about it, claimed they must have spoke to me as they would not book it otherwise. Anyway finally booked a slot for 1pm on a Friday. My wife took the afternoon off and I chased at 11am on the Friday to confirm the time. They called me back at 1.15pm to say they could no longer do it and can I re schedule. Sorry enough was enough! Will look elsewhere, expected more of a reputable company, 1 or 2 mistakes and issues are expected but this was constant.
