We’ve had Will and Jack doing various work on our house for the past few months and they’ve been brilliant. They’ve installed a new extractor fan, rewired light switches, installed new bathroom sockets, wired up, and tested electric under floor heating. Red flame are always responsive, accommodating, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Electrician demonstrated a friendly and thorough check of all important aspects required with an explanation of minor attention required to eg light switch in bathroom. First rate service with a Report to be sent to the Landlord.

Will and assistant Ian did an excellent job fitting our light fittings, they were very tidy. Will very quickly spotted a safety issue with our consumer box which he rectified immediately. A very positive discussion was had with Will regarding future projects. At some stage we would like to replace the dimmer switch with a conventional switch. Aaron came along to the Dial a Ride office in Newtown to carry out an inspection of our fire alarms and emergency lighting systems. He was punctual, professional, thorough and friendly from start to finish. I highly recommend Red Flame for your annual testing.

Based on a recommendation from my neighbour, who is a builder, I contacted Red Flame in see about installing light and power to a new shed that I'd ordered. From the start, their professionalism shone through, with friendly, knowledgable and approachable staff, and clever communication systems that provided updates and timelines. Aaron and Ian duly arrived and did a great job. The internal structure of the shed (which hadn't been erected when they came to quote) meant that one of the two florescent lights couldn't be fitted - and TBH, one turned out to be sufficient. The boys very kindly offered to install the second light in my attic, where an existing light had failed. That's great service and probably saved my life! I have no hesitation in recommending Red Flame.

I thoroughly recommend Red Flame, they have been honest, caring, careful, and gone ‘the extra mile’ to fully rewire our Victorian terrace. They gave us an honest opinion on what was needed.
