Prompt Electrical Limited

Joshua was very Prompt getting back to my enquiry to install my Tesla Ev charger at my home! I had a quote after he was the only electrician to actually come round to look at the property in person which a thought was superb! Credit to Joshua! I had an installation date booked and all the work was completed in a timely manner ! Excellent work and we will be using them again with future works

We used Prompt to supply and fit a car charger. The survey was done in a few days and the quote was sent the same day as the survey. The price seemed good and work was booked in. The actual work was neat and tidy, I had about 27m of awkward cabling which was done very well. Nice polite guy's.

Probably the most professional kind gentleman that has ever provided trade services to my house . Arrival on time , kept me informed from booking to instalation fast neat precise work . Well done and thank u very much . John Potgieter

Efficient, polite , amazing service, we highly recommend.

Very good professional and ‘prompt’ service to replace the EV charger unit.

Joshua was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. He fitted our new charger in afternoon, and adjusted the installation to suit our needs and fit with our existing solar system. After finishing the work he tidied up and cleaned away any mess generated. He was also very helpful after the install, explaining the control app and helping me understand the complications inherent with using a charger with solar and storage batteries.

Installed my EV charger very efficiently and at a great price. Very professional service from start to finish, Highly recommend josh and his team. Thanks

We have used Prompt Electrical several times. Every time Josh and his team have arrived and completed the works in a timely manner and to a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again! Keep up the good work!

Prompt Electrical upgraded my EV charger to a new Tesla wall charger. Within 10 days of making my initial enquiry, the job was completed. Very happy with the quality of the work and service provided by Joshua. Would definitely use Prompt Electrical again.

Josh and his Team were with us today fitting a double, 22 kw fast charger in our business car park, which is quite a distance from the main electric board, this was all done professionally and in less than a day. And as a bonus we were helped with the grant which was applied to the invoice before we paid, great experience.

It’s vital that when you need something done, an installation, a new electrical fitting or whenever there is a problem than needs fixing you can pick up the phone to someone you can trust. We started working with Prompt Electric at the end of 2024 following a recommendation. They were absolutely spot on and are now the people we go back to time and time again. They are great to work with which really makes a difference. Don’t hesitate!

Josh and his team do fantastic work. They are very approachable, discuss your needs in detail, and usually seem available even at short notice. We have used them for various domestic electrical works and have so far always been very happy with the results.

Joshua was great, arrived at 08:00 on the dot and finished the install at 13:00 left no mess clean and tidy work and ran through the details of how to operate our new home car charger. 10/10

Professional , friendly , top class electrician company . Used many times for both personal home and business needs , good competitive and fair prices and always top quality craftsmanship.

I’ve used Prompt Electrical for both my home and my commercial premises, and they’ve been excellent every time. They’ve been really good on the reactive side of things whenever I’ve needed quick support, and they’ve also handled much bigger projects for me. They completed a full rewire to a very high standard and have also installed smart house technology, which has made a big difference. Their team are professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I’d highly recommend Prompt Electrical for anything from small jobs to large-scale electrical work

Extremely quick to contact service, prompt reply & attendance for job. Very polite Electrician. Will have him again . Will recommend to my friends.

Josh was very responsive. Coming out quickly to give a quote and then booking in to complete the job. Had him come back to do additional work on changing all my light switches and fittings. Was receptive when there were additional things I needed and also helpful in making sure I had the right bulbs for each light.

We have been using prompt electrical for a year now and the service provided to us is excellent. We would highly recommend

Josh, Fronzie and team are top electricians! Their work is fab but more importantly they are stand up guys with integrity. Highly recommended.

Wonderful service. Our cooker broke down at 12.00 on Bank Holiday Friday, with people coming for meals over the weekend. I managed to find his number on Google as an electrician nearby and phoned him. He was working not far away and arrived by 2pm. He tried to fix it but in the end, we decided on a new cooker. He got quotes and then picked up my choice from Currys, delivered it and had it installed by 5.30. His charge was very, very reasonable for a call-out for him and his colleague. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Excellent service. From the quote to the final installation. Cannot recommend enough.

We bought a house in Cambridge in 2024 needing major renovation and Prompt Electrical carried out the rewire and upgrade. They did a very good job! In addition the owner Josh fitted a new alarm system and recommended and installed new electric car charger. Pleased to recommend Prompt Electrical.
