Imp Electrical Ltd

Just had an EV Charger fitted to my property by Imp Electrical Ltd. This is the first time I’ve used this company and I was not left disappointed. I was very impressed from initial contact with Imp Electrical to completion on how the job was done. What should have been a relatively straightforward installation, was compounded by some software issues, (thanks Duracell!!) which extended the job considerably. Hats off to Alex (and Zach who joined him a little later) for a great job. He was very professional and pleasant. Very competitive prices too. If you need electrical work done this is definitely a company you should consider, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Imp Electrical Ltd.

Outstanding team from start to finish - excellent job, neat , tidy and very efficient.

I recently used Imp Electrical (Lincoln) to install a new consumer unit on the second floor of my house, fit an electric heating boiler that I had supplied, install a new electric cooker point, and connect a newly installed extractor fan. The work also involved running a cable from the new consumer unit through several roof spaces, down the outside of the property, and into the wall near the main consumer unit on the ground floor. Before starting the work, the team visited my property several times to discuss the different options for routing the cables and to ensure the installation would be as neat and unobtrusive as possible. I really appreciated the time they took to plan everything properly. On the day of the installation, the team arrived on time and completed all the work within a single day with the right number of people on site. They were polite, professional, and treated my home with respect throughout. The internal trunking is discreet and tidy, while the external cabling has been installed neatly and is in keeping with the appearance of the property. They kept me informed of progress throughout the day, although very little input was needed from me. Once the work was complete, they thoroughly tested the entire installation, provided the appropriate electrical certification, and left everything clean and tidy. Their quotation was also extremely competitive compared with the others I received, offering excellent value for the quality of workmanship and service provided. I wouldn't hesitate to use Imp Electrical again and would happily recommend them for any electrical work, whether domestic installations such my own or one of their other services such as solar panel installations, etc., since I’m certain the quality and service would be just as good. A thoroughly professional company that clearly takes pride in its work.

Electricity installed in summer house. 3 double sockets installed in our summer house this included laying of the cable and connecting to house electricity. Initial onsite quote was conducted and I didn't have to wait too long for the job to be done. Job has been finished to a high standard, all looked neat and no mess or cables in the summer house. Friendly and helpful, explaining the work.

Called Imp with a tripping fault on ring main. They located the issue very quickly and professionally. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Upgraded old consumer box at same time. Would certainly recommend there services and will use again. Thanks to all the Team.

Brett fitted a Zappi Glo EV charger and 3 pin outdoor plug to my property. No problems. Helpful, professional, reliable throughout and fairly priced with a transparent itemised invoice. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Imp Electrical are excellent. From booking the survey for the work needed, to completion of the job they were punctual, cheerful and thoroughly professional. I will definitely be using them again and happily recommend them to anyone wanting electrical work completed on their property.

Had an EV charger fitted recently by Imp. Quality, professional service throughout and thoroughly great after sales service. Highly recommend them. Will use again for further work.

A seamless process from the initial enquiry to the installation, which only took 3/4 weeks. From not knowing which EV charger we wanted, we were given several options with prices along with recommendations. Once agreed, the installation team arrived on the arranged date and completed the installation professionally and without fuss, setting up the charger and showing how the app worked. Many thanks to Emily (main contact), Matt and Alex & Poppy (installation team) for a truly professional experience from start to finish! Matt & Lynne 😀

Great job with the installation for my EV charger. Helpfull and quick to respond when enquiring.

I've just had a Hypervolt EV Charger fitted by Imp Electrical, and we're really pleased with the installation. Excellent communication throughout the process, including quotes for a variety of different chargers. The price was very good, and it was booked in with a nice short lead in time. The installation is excellent, very neat and we're extremely pleased with the end result. Excellent stuff, highly recommended. Thanks Imp Electrical!

Brett came out to replace bathroom fan and put in a new switch for the light and fan to be separate. The work was carried out as promised and we are so pleased with the work completed. Will definitely contact again for future electrical work. Highly recommended, thank you!

Great experience with IMP Electrical. Alex and Poppy were on time, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything in a straightforward way, and when a small issue came up on site, they handled it quickly and kept me in the loop the whole time. The work was done to a high standard and everything left tidy. Very happy overall – would happily use them again and recommend to others. 5/5.

A great experience from quote to installation, very happy with EV charger, would not hesitate to recommend Imp Electrical.

Matt is fantastic and always happy to help. This is the second time he has come to my rescue, when my system disconnected itself from the app, he talked me through the steps early on a Saturday morning to get everything back up and running without any delay. I highly recommend him and his team. They are all fantastic, extremely professional, and I can’t fault them. Thank you! ☺️

Sigenergy solar, battery and gateway install carried out by Matt, Brett, Poppy and team. Excellent attention to detail throughout and they accommodated all my requests with a lovely neat install. Emily also mega efficient with paperwork, invoicing and general communications so we knew what to expect at every step. Professional, polite and thorough family orientated team, would highly recommend....coming back to install additional storage and EV charging point next week.

Impeccable work today from Brett, who changed every light in my kitchen in record time. Explained everything in detail, asked my opinion and cleaned up every speck of mess. I’m extremely pleased. I’d definitely recommend Imp Electrical Ltd.

Having the need to get some electrics checked, Brett @ Imp Electrical was recommended by a friend. From the initial contact to completion, he understood the request, explained the issues and finished the work to a high standard. He is diligent, courteous and highly recommended.

Fantastic first experience of Imp Electrical, having been given recommendations to use their services. Excellent communication with Emily in the office. A booking was made for the following day. Jarrod was polite, friendly and professional. Showed me the finished work and explained what he had done. Left the area clean and tidy. Very pleased with the quick and efficient work done.

We were referred to them by one of our friends and they are absolutely fantastic..No request will be denied and they will make it work somehow.. From replacing or creating sockets to hanging lights they did really good work and we are very pleased with them...Very professional and courteous as well...

Done an amazing job installing a new oven and sorting a plug socket under the sink for me. Very professional, super polite and quick service! Really happy with the price paid too. Thanks!

I contacted Imp electrical to supply and install an EV charger. The whole process was extremely straightforward and easy. Brett and Poppy installed the charger yesterday and were very neat and tidy. They were also very friendly and I would not hesitate to have them back in my home in future. For new EV owners the process of selecting a charger and having it installed can be fairly daunting with many electricity suppliers pushing a particular brand of charger which is then installed by a third party contractor. I found it difficult to find which company would actually be doing the work and could not assess how ‘good’ they were from reviews. This is the reason I initially contacted Imp Electrical and I am so glad I did. They know their stuff, and made the process easy. A local, family run company which I will certainly use again in the future. Cannot recommend them enough.

Amazing company, would 100% recommend for large scale jobs. Thank you again to all of the team :)

Imp Electical Limited has recently carried out a full rewire on my bungalow. Brett and his team absolutely delivered and so much more. They used their initiative where necessary and delivered over and above. They guided me with any decisions which needed to be made, which I appreciated. My bungalow was left clean and tidy which to me demonstrates care and professionalism and respect for their customers. I left my home in Brett’s care and I am so delighted with the rewire and cannot thank Brett and his team enough. I would recommend Imp Electrical without hesitation. It’s been so refreshing to have a team of people carry out work on your home and take the care that they have. A big thank you from Steve and Caroline

We had just had Alex and Poppy carry out a few electrical jobs at our home today, and we can’t tell you how impressed we are. After some poor experiences with electricians in the past, we were a little doubtful however, we really didn’t need to be. Their attention to detail, pride in their work, and excellent customer service were fantastic. We’ll certainly use Imp Electrical Ltd again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, hard-working electricians. Great work, and thank you!😀

Matt came out to me a couple of days ago to install my Zappi charger. He was brilliant, very knowledgeable, and patient - very, very patient helping me to get the charger installed. I was let down very badly by Glow Electrics Ltd. I was left in the lurch - solar panels and charger were put up OK (I think), but they went into liquidation very soon after my panels were fitted and they would not respond to me at all once I had paid their invoice. I had no idea how to get the charger working and found out after 4 months that the system had not been reported to Octopus as they had promised to do. Sorry won't go on any more there was such a lot of misery. On the other hand Matt was a breath of fresh air. So helpful. He really knows his stuff and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I wish I had contacted Emily at Imp Electrical Ltd earlier - it would have saved me months of worry. Thanks to Matt I now have full confidence in my solar panels and charger. Also have peace of mind knowing that I will be able to contact them again if anything is needed. Just want to say a final thank you to Emily, Matt and Imp Electrical. Chris Brown

Very impressed with the service received whilst having my outside light fitted. Very professional and nothings too much trouble. Highly recommend. .

Brett and his colleagues installed an EV charger yesterday, and made a really good job of it despite the length of cabling that needed to be installed. It looks really neat. They arrived on the scheduled day, were very friendly, clean and tidy in all that they did, including demonstrating the use of the charger and the appropriate phone app. A job well done!

Found these guys on checkatrade and have been really impressed with the service i have received. I will be using them again in the near future

We had an outside garden office electrical installation through Brett and the team at Imp Electeical. From start to finish, the service was outstanding with clear, sensible consultation and advice given. Brett was excellent and gave us all the information and options we needed to make an informed, high standard and cost effective decision. The installation went seamlessly and absolute care was taken to do a very neat, professional and long lasting job. I couldn’t fault Imp Electrical on anything, and they are now on speed dial as our go-to family electricians - fact! This is a 100% independent review, Brett and the team are honestly the real deal, you won’t be disappointed.

We have used Imp Electrical a few times now. The quality of their workmanship paired with their after care and support is second to none. They always go above and beyond… and priced competitively too! Would highly recommend!!

Imp helped us install an EV charger at the house. There was a problem with the charger not connecting to the internet, they gave us a lot of support to get it sorted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone 😃

Matt and the team at Imp electrical really helped me out with my lighting installation in our suspended ceiling. The quickly and effectively calculated the light positions, cable routing and connections and started work. The installation was by far the most professional and cleanest I have seen to date. Thank you to the team for helping me out and for such a great experience.

I have been very impressed with Imp Electric LTD. I met with Brett at my property, briefed him on what i wanted doing and he fully explained what i would require and more importantly why...After receiving their quote, which was communicated professionally and was easy to read and understand, I accepted it and agreed a start date, all very simple. I particularly appreciated the text and email message reminders prior to install date and throughout the day he was courteous, polite and efficient. I thoroughly recommend him for any electrical work and will definitely use him again.

We called IMP at approximately 8.30am, having been let down the same morning by another electrician for a car charger install. IMP managed to get to us the same afternoon and completed the job quickly and with utmost professionalism. We are so grateful and can't recommend them highly enough.

After reading reviews and recommendations on my local Facebook group I called Imp Electrical, from the very start they were friendly and knowledgeable and amazingly could fit me in the same day. When Matt arrived he was brilliant, he removed 3 spot lights, fitted a new pendant light and tidied up in less than an hour. I am delighted and highly recommend them. 5 +++++ stars

Fantastic job carried out by Imp Electrical LTD. My new Sigenstor home battery is working perfectly. A very professional service. Thanks Matt and don't forget the quote for solar panels. Best regards Phil Smith.

Really pleased with Imp Electrical. Great customer service, efficient and genuinely nice people who care about what they do. Highly recommend.

Excellent job. Would highly recommend. Power supplied to both a Hot Tub and a Pergola. From quote to doing the job, communication was excellent. The end result is neat and very professional.

Imp Electrical fitted an EV charger for us; Brett came round to give me some advice and a couple of quotes of different EV chargers they offer/would be sufficient for what we needed. Brett went above and beyond when he came round to install our charger, was clean and tidy and very knowledgable. They are very approachable and I know I can contact them if I have any further questions. Highly recommend

Second time now we’ve used Brett, came out to an emergency issue on a weekend very quickly when he didn’t have to, another 5 stars from me for his service.

EV charger installed within a couple of hours and Matt and Poppy were fantastic! Matt was helpful from the first conversation and explained everything so clearly - he found a way to install and you wouldn’t even know they’ve been. Thanks for all the hard work in the super hot weather

We have used Imp Electrical a couple of times for electrical jobs. Today they installed a EV charger for us and did a great job. The whole team are lovely and very accommodating. Brett was able to advise and help us choose the right EV charger for us and lots of advice for solar panels which will be our next job; we will be using Imp Electrical for this too.

Matt and Poppy came out and fitted an Indra Smart Pro EV charger. They did an excellent job, a very neat installation. Would highly recommend Imp Electrical ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a brilliant professional company. From the first contact and fair quotation to installation of my EV charge point I give them top marks. Prompt supply of detailed information of the process from Emily. Brett turned up on time as arranged. He was very polite and we talked through the job before he started. After a perfect completion, he explained the operation of the charger. I would without doubt recommend Imp Electrical and I'm sure I'll be using their service again in the future. From a very satisfied customer!

I messaged IMP Electrical on a Friday not expecting a reply but Matt responded within 30 mins and arranged a quick visit the next morning. He explained various options for our solar project. We gave it lots of thought and took way to long to decide but went with Imp Electrical for our full Sigenergy solar system including batteries. The scaffolding arrived as promised on the Friday before the Monday start time, promptly arriving at 8am as did all the equipment. They do like coffee and soft drinks!. The work was carried out quickly and every step and question was answered. It took three days in total to complete the job.it is a very neat and tidy job, better than expected. To say we are pleased is an understatement, we’ve had a couple of questions since which were answered promptly. It’s going to be interesting understanding the Ai technology. If you choose this company for your work you won’t go far wrong, we highly recommend them. Many thanks to you all.

Many thanks to Brett, who really helped us out on a Saturday evening. Over a phone call he managed to diagnose the fault in our kitchen that was causing our power to trip out. His help and advice was greatly appreciated

Great service from start to finish. A small job I couldn’t do myself, but the team were helpful and professional. Thanks

Just had a new socket and light fitted. Really happy with the service, from start to finish.

Matt, Brett , Poppy and team fitted me 28 solar panels with 2 x Sigenergy batteries and inverter very neat and thorough , a great job . I really havent bought hardly any electricity since early March when it was installed . Highly Recommended

Absolutely fantastic service and outstanding family run business. My electric shower had broken and within 36 hours I was up and running again. Reliable and true professionals with fabulous communication. Letting you know when they ll be round etc. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much xx

Imp Electrical recently installed a home battery for me. Plenty of advice on the type and no pressure. We booked in a day and they arrived promptly and got on with the job very efficiently and professionally. They also did some outside lights and a smoke alarm. Matt was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone from a small job up to a full solar install.

Great service from Imp Electrical - took less than a week from contacting them to having an expertly installed EV charger at home. Would absolutely recommend them, and will be using them in future.

Amazing service from these guys! I had some kitchen socket issues, and Matt was super helpful & friendly over the phone and managed to get an electrician to me very quickly. Jarrod who carried out the work was also very friendly & helpful and explained everything to me so I could understand the faults and what needed to be done to resolve the issues. Great communications, quality of work and all round excellent service from these guys. Highly recommended. Many thanks!

Can't praise Matt enough reacted immediately to my 7.30 am full panic mode phone call and came around and sourced the problem. Highly recommend.. Great service indeed

I recently arranged for Bret from Imp Electrical to inspect the wiring at my mother's house for safety. As my mother has dementia, ensuring her home is safe is a top priority for me. I was so impressed with the thoroughness of Bret's work. He identified several concerning issues, many stemming from DIY electrical work done years ago that was either dangerous or didn't meet current regulations. Everything was communicated in language I could understand (not an electrician), and rectified with the correct paperwork issued for compliance. At my request, Bret also expertly replaced my mother's old fuse box with a new one and relocated it to a more convenient spot in the kitchen. The entire job was carried out to a very high professional standard. Bret was meticulous, left absolutely no mess upon completion, and was consistently courteous throughout his time at the house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bret Undrill and Imp Electrical for any electrical work, no matter the size. Their expertise and commitment to quality are truly outstanding!

Brett and the team are fantastic, they have always completed work for us quickly and are very friendly and approachable. The standard of work is very high, they are tidy and always explain fully what is required and provide options. I couldn’t recommend Brett and the team more highly!

Such a positive experience! From initial enquiry and good speed of response through to the final clean up after installation. Communications were spot on. The quote was very promptly delivered after the initial visit. Very satisfied with the discussions, options offered and final result. Thank you!

I can't praise Brett enough, he's friendly efficient, the prices are competitive and to be honest I wouldn't trust anyone else to sort out my electrical problems!

We've just an EV charger installed at home, Imp Electrical were very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. The charger was installed within a week of first contact with them. Very reasonably priced too. We would highly recommend.

Matt did a brilliant job and would recommend ☆☆☆☆☆

Highly recommended they even came on a Sunday and did a fantastic job one happy customer we will be contacting them in the future for some more work 👍🏼

Brett and the team were flexible, reliable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend their services.

As ever excellent service, a lovely electric towel rail for bathroom and a landing heater all ready for the cold 🥶 snap 😀 Cannot recommend enough

We needed Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICRs) on our new home before we went ahead to purchase. Contacted Brett at (Imp Electrical Ltd ) who explained what the inspection would cover and the cost. Within days Brett had carried out a full EICR inspection and provided our electrial report with some recommendations. Very happy with this professional and speedy service. Will definitely be using in the future and will recommend.

These guys did a full re-wire on our, very old, very bad electrics, we cannot rate them highly enough, professional, polite, quick (finished early) and reasonably priced, you cannot go wrong with this company, fabulous!

Quick response with quote, work completed on date arranged, very happy with the friendly and quality service! Will definitely be using again if needed.

Excellent service from start to finish and really helpful after finish as well when I needed it. Highly recommend.

Thumbs up! I was sad that my (previous) electrician retired, but these guys are absolutely spot on! Very good quote, spot on understanding of what I needed, punctual, very nice job done and left cleaner than it was!

Fifteen panels and a large battery installed and running in two days. The team arrived on time and did a neat job. Good after sales service too as I had a few questions about getting the best out of my installation. No hesitation in recommending Imp Electrical Lincoln.

Great work by Brett from Imp Electrical today… very knowledgable, tidy worker and super happy with the jobs he's done. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Can't recommend Imp Electrical enough, we had Brett fit us a security light and outside socket. We had them recommended to us and will definitely use them again. For a professional efficient job use Imp Electrical.

The guys at Imp Electrical did a fantastic job installing my EV charger. They are a knowledgeable, friendly team who arrive promptly and provide an excellent service. We have used them multiple times. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I’ve used these guys several times now and always been more than happy with their work. They’ve sorted urgent issues quickly and then returned to finish the job as promised. Would recommend.

5/5 Stars – Excellent Electric Shower Installation! I had a new shower installed in my bathroom today, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From the initial consultation to the final touches, the whole experience was seamless and professional. The installation team were very courteous. They took great care in protecting the surrounding areas and made sure everything was clean throughout the process. The quality of the shower itself is outstanding – it’s exactly what I envisioned! The finish is sleek and modern. I also love how the team made sure I was happy with everything. I highly recommend this company. The service was top-notch, and the end result exceeded my expectations! I've already asked for quotes for other jobs around the house because I feel in very safe hands.

Fantastic job! Came out on Sunday to sit a Ohme Home Pro, within 2 weeks of asking for a quote. Great customer service and made sure it was ready for delivery of a new car! Thanks so much!

Two days ago whilst preparing breakfast we lost all power sockets in the house. Thankfully we still had the lights. I looked at the fuse box, and the one designated ‘sockets’ was OK. I flipped it on and off to no avail. Not knowing any electricians I had to go online on my iPad to find one that could help … but, the router was down. 🙄 I’m not very techy but I managed to create a hotspot on my mobile and finally found Imp Electrical. I gave them a call, explained my predicament. Brett asked me to send an image of the fuse box, and from that, and after a couple of questions, he solved my problems and, hey presto!, the sockets came back to life. I was saved a call-out thanks to the very professional way Brett handled the problem. I was very impressed and should I ever need an electrician again I can say, “aha, I know one.”

We have had an ongoing problem with nuisance RCD tripping. I booked in IMP electrical to investigate. A full consumer unit upgrade to the latest RCBO's was completed with minimal disruption, very very professional and considerate to our needs and times. A full electrical certificate issued following the work and after Matt found a nail I had put through a cable lol. Very Competitive pricing and and on the back of thier quality work there is additional work coming their way. Absolutely brilliant..thanks to Matt, Brett and Poppy

Contacted Brett at Imp Electrical with an emergency call out, Sunday Morning. He was amazingly helpful offering plenty of advise which resulted in me not needing the call out. I can’t thank him enough and would happily recommend them to anyone needing help or looking for a great local electrician. Many thanks 👍

I highly recommend these guys. I've booked them for several jobs on my business premises over the years have now had them fit an EV charger at my home. They've always provided an excellent service, are quick to respond and sort out jobs when needed. Special thanks to Matt and Poppy for installing the charger in the cold last week as well - much appreciated!

Excellent 5* service from Brett. Came round asap to quote for the job. No fuss at all to accommodate some last minute changes. Prompt polite responses to emails and questions. Impeccable quality of work. Left house immaculate. Very professional and reasonably priced. Very highly recommended.

Excellent work completed, prompt polite and efficient. Poppy did an amazing job keeping her worker on point. Highly recommended. Flush ceiling down lighters installed.

Excellent all round service, very professional. We will certainly be using them again and fully recommend them.

So pleased with the service throughout! From the quote all the way through to the completion of work. We wanted some nice outdoor lights and some internal lights fitted- we were given advice on which lights to buy. The worked was impeccable. Highly recommended.

We had problem with our electrics several sockets failed. Imp Electrical located and fixed the problem without fuss, and with professionalism thanks.

Have used Matt and Imp Electrical several times now, from Solar and EV Charger installation to general wiring work. Always extremely prompt, professional and competitively priced. Would 100% recommend to anyone and will always use for any future work.

Brett relocated and changed my fuse box. Provided a very punctual and professional service at all times, and did everything i asked him to do. After completing the job he did all necessary checks and testing. He is always willing to answer any questions you may have. Did a fantastic job and i highly recommend Brett. kind regards Martino

I've used Brett and Matt a few times for odd jobs. They've fitted security cameras, lighting, added sockets etc. Next they will be adding solar to my roof and batteries and storage in the garage.

Great service from Matt, Brett and Poppy. Very friendly and informative - Thank you Imp Electrical.

IMP electrical were recommended by a friend and now they are the only electricians we will use. They gave great advice when researching into solar panels and very reasonable in price compared to two other companies we had out to quote. Brett and Matt arrived on time and were such hard workers, they didn’t even stop for lunch! Our solars and battery storage are saving us a fortune in electricity now- best decision we ever made! Already booked in again for outdoor lights!

Nothing but praise and thanks to Imp Electrical. Such a wonderful company and definitely our favourite electricians. They advised so well and were most professional, being well organised, prompt, friendly and approachable. We are so VERY, VERY pleased with the work and are most happy to recommend. Thank you Imp!

Amazing service from this company. From obtaining a quote to completing the work, dealing with Matt and Brett has been a pleasure. The electrical work they did for us was exceptional and both my Husband and I are delighted. Couldn't recommend this company enough and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you so much for the brilliant job you did for us!

Matt, Brett and Poppy completed various electrical jobs for us yesterday. They are very professional, completed the jobs efficiently and tidied away afterwards. I would definitely have them back again for any future projects. Thank you!

We've used Imp twice (lighting and fire alarms) and both times has been quick, efficient and friendly. Will continue to call on him when needed.

Great company. No fuss, job quoted, booked in and completed to a great standard. Brett was super friendly and helpful on the day and even spotted a way to do the job for cheaper and reduced the quote accordingly. Will be using again!

Would highly recommend. Quick to respond sent quote same day. Booked appointment with ease. The work carried out is of an exceptional standard. Very professional polite and cleared all rubbish away. Thank you

I couldn't recommend these guys more highly. From the prompt response to our initial query, the thoughtful assessment of the work and sensible quote, to an efficient and tidy installation, the service was absolutely top-shelf. A really professional outfit, Emily and Matt offer a first rate service and as I have quite a list of things to be done its reassuring to know that we can reach out to Imp electrical

Made enquiries for solar after seeing lots of recommendations for Imp on Facebook. They were very informative, talked through our different options and reasonable in price. Having solar and battery storage has significantly reduced the cost of our bills. On a sunny day running the hot tub all day costs me pence! Best decision we ever made. Have booked Imp in already for our next project. Thanks Brett and Matt

Brilliant experience with Brett and Poppy installing an ev charger for us - great communication and felt they went the extra mile with Matt talking us through options pre installation and Brett and Poppy making sure everything was working OK. Would 100% recommend!

Perfect service from day 1, highly recommended.

Matt and the team have provided invaluable support to our business, always contactable, and ready to solve whatever issue may have arisen in a complicated HMO setting. We would have no hesitation recommending Imp.

Matt and Poppy came to do a garage conversion for me in early 2024. Really happy with the work Matt was quick to reply and really professional throughout. I had to call him at short notice to get bits of the job done but nothing was too much trouble even after we had to amend a few plans. Brilliant service would highly recommend and will be first call I make for any future works.

Had Matt, Brett and the brilliant Poppy over to complete lots of work for us recently and they have been brilliant. Always coming when they say they will, popping over last minute for urgent jobs. They are professional and tidy and the work is always 5*. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Matt and apprentice Poppy have been fantastic today, as with previous work they have carried out for me. Great communication, punctual and completed work in a timely manner. Would I recommend them to others?? Yes for any small or large jobs you may need doing. Very pleased. Thanks.

Brilliant job completed by Matt & Poppy. I had a new plug socket put into the wall behind my TV and 2 new lights fittings. Tidied up as they completed and a great price too. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again

Brett gave a really competitive quote and got our camera installed perfectly really quickly. Great service!

Would highly recommend Imp Electrical! I was so impressed with the service received - I will definitely be using them in the future for any further work, and would highly recommend! Thank you SO much!

Brett and his partner did a great job wiring our new whirlpool bath and the waterproof TV at the end of the bath. A very neat installation with all wires hidden. A couple of weeks later he came back and replaced a failed batroom extractor fan. Imp does a great job at very reasonable prices - what's not to like!

Consistently high quality, whatever the job. We moved into a house with "idiosyncratic" electrics. We've asked Imp to do all sorts from simply moving a socket to re-wiring the upstairs. They've been regular visitors over the last year and always do an excellent job - nothing ever seems to be a problem, and they are always leave things clean and tidy too. On one visit I mentioned we were looking to have solar panels fitted, they offered to quote and came back with a plan that was much better than the one I'd envisaged, generating way more power, for less than we'd budgeted. Installation was done a couple months back now and we couldn't be happier. Our aim was to reduce our electricity bills, but we've ended up in the position where we will actually get an income from the power we generate! I particular appreciate the way they take time to understand what you're looking to do, and don't try and impose their preferred solution on you. They usually give a couple of options and explain the pros and cons of each and let you choose what suits best. Would recommend them without hesitation for any type of electrical work, big or small.

Super reliable, trustworthy & always go above & beyond!

I've used Imp Imperial a couple of times and can highly recommend them . I'm a landlord and don't live locally so it's good to know I've found an Electrician I can trust

I’ve used Matt & Brett a number of times now for a variety of electrical work and have always been very impressed with their work. They are quick, efficient and competitively priced, always clear up after themselves and offer second to none service AND aftercare.

Imp Electricial have completed some work on our property today. Fully recommend. The work they have done is great, communication has been brilliant and they are competively priced too.

Matt, Brett and Emily dealt with our solar battery install in a very professional manner. From a quote, far better than other, larger concerns to completion. I have been with Octopus Energy since COVID and Matt advised that GivEnergy batteries etc are a perfect match for their very clever energy solutions. The battery came online just as the recent sunny spell did. I must say it's good to see that so far I've had to import less than 250 Watts from the grid! A clever APP gives comprehensive data along with offers and tips. I'm well impressed by the whole thing thanks Imp Electrical, keep up the good work. Next is an electric car.

Called IMP electrical today and was able to advise and get my kitchen electricity back on again over the phone. Such a relief and so very grateful for the help - thanks Matt.

I've been using Brett for years now after finding him when looking for a local electrician and have continued to do so when he teamed up with Matt to form Imp Electrical. I've used them on 2 different renovation projects and they've been 1st class every time. Their work and work ethic is of an extremely high standard and Imp Electrical will continue to be my 'go to's' when I need an electrician. 2 thoroughly nice chaps as well! Keep up the good work 👍🏻

Used imp electrical before but this time to fit hive thermostats upstairs and downstairs plus a kitchen light. Great customer service. Matt was polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend these guys and will be using them in the future.

Matt and Brett fitted solar and batteries to my house and I can't fault any of their work. From prep to help afterwards nothing has been too much trouble for them. They can explain I'm layman's terms without belittling and their attention to detail is fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else in future for any electrical work I need done.

Can highly recommend Imp Electrical. We have used them a few times from small jobs to a full house rewire. Brett and Matt are very reliable and trustworthy. They carry out their work professionally and always maintain high standards. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I have used Imp Electrical twice now and find that they are very professional. They always leave the site clean and their costs are very reasonable 😀

We had a small electrical issue which we couldn’t resolve so we contacted Imp Electrical Ltd for some help. As always they responded quickly and came out as soon as they could to rectify the situation. We certainly recommend Imp Electrical Ltd for any electrical work. They’ve previously done quite a bit of work for us including renovation electrics, Solar Panel and Storage Battery fitting as well as EV charger fitting and it’s always service with a smile from Matt and Brett and the team .

I Contacted IMP Electrical for a quote to set the wiring up for 2 spot lights and price up fitting a few light fittings. This small job ended up me asking him to chase wires into walls, bury some sockets, check the wiring was safe and set up new wiring ready for lights to be fitted once plastered. No questions asked he took on the extra jobs and completed everything I asked of him even though that wasn’t the initial job! He was very knowledgeable, helpful polite and a very tidy worker. to say I’m greatful and extremely happy with the work he has done is an understatement. I have since asked him to return to carry out a few more jobs. Absolute star! I would highly recommend.

Matt and Brett have completed many electrical jobs for my husband and I. They have advised and given excellent guidance to us whilst we’ve built an extension. They have worked on indoor standard and feature lighting outdoor lighting , wiring , new circuit boards , plugs sockets cookers (led lit pantry is my personal joy💚) plus future proofed us too. The depth of knowledge is outstanding which is only comparable to the standard of work . They were timely , professional and competitive with their pricing. When they completed we were and still are delighted ! It was an absolute pleasure to work this company from beginning to end.

Matt installed our solar panels a few years ago. He did a great job for a very competitive price. Whenever we've had any queries about anything, he's quick to respond and help us out. Excellent service, will use them for all our electrical needs going forward.

Great company to work with We've had a fair amount of work done on the house by Matt & Brett from IMP Electrical including solar panels, 3-phase inverter and battery storage and we will be having them back to complete the house rewiring in the next couple of months. It's sometimes very difficult to find reliable, trustworthy and professional contractors, but when you do, you tend to stick with them and that's exactly why we'll continue to employ IMP Electrical for all our electrical work

Prompt, honest and efficient. Super advice too.

Highly recommend IMP Electrical, all work carried out & completed to a high standard, professional and with zero fuss. Polite, tidy & trustworthy they explained all areas of the work & will definitely contact again for future work. Many thanks to Matt & team.

I'm really really impressed. Now in my little black book of emergency numbers.

have used IMP several times now and never been disapointed. Great workmanship, polite, tidy and respectful and a pleasure to have around. This time it was a small job of adding sockets into the garage. Done in minutes tested and job done. Always going the extra mile to help. I strongly recommend you give this company a call.

Brett's really reliable, hardworking & professional. He's done several jobs for us over the last few years & is a thoroughly nice chap. No hesitation in recommending him.
