ElectriciansOnCall

Called ElectriciansOnCall late one evening after a complete power cut in our Broadstairs home. They arrived within 40 minutes, smartly presented and fully equipped. The electrician quickly diagnosed a faulty switch in our fusebox and completed a safe, tidy repair. Excellent workmanship and genuine emergency service, highly recommended for anyone in the Thanet area.

Electrician arrived before the appointed time, was very clear and explained everything to me, I have booked another job in which is one days time which means we don't have to ve without cooker and microwave for too long overall very pleased

Paul was great - really knowledgeable, on time, and did a brilliant job in fixing what I needed done.

Brilliant experience from start to finish had a call back within minutes ... appointment booked ...arrived on time carried out all the work as asked nothing was a problem...tidy courteous 100% would recommend

We had no hot water, no Internet and most sockets were dead thanks to a tripped out circuit which would not re-set. Our emergency cover wouldn't help as it was not a complete electrical failure. ElectriciansOnCall came within a couple of hours. The issue was clearly explained and demonstrated with the fault temporarily fixed, pending their return in two days to upgrade the consumer unit and make it compliant with the latest safety standards. Definitely happy with this.

Paul was absolutely amazing! Punctual, polite and super efficient, Paul got the job done within 30 minutes and charged hundreds less than others. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of help with electrics. Thanks Paul!

Paul was easy to make contact with and I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment. He came on time and worked efficiently and thorough. He explained patiently what needed to be done, had an extensive knowledge of all legal requirements and explained them to me patiently. I was very happy with his work and his advice.

Had an emergency on a Friday night but Paul responded/turned up in no time, to sort issue and talk through options for further work needed. A great service and really good value... couldn't be happier!

Had an issue of spurious tripping out associated with my garage. I had checked everything I could think of, to no avail. I decided to give ElectriciansOnCall a ring. Obviously it can be a little daunting in trusting a tradesperson, but I needn't have worried. As soon as Paul arrived he was straight into the problem and after seeing the setup had a good idea of where the fault was. After an assessment of wiring, sockets and equipment etc my facility was made safe and a plan made. Everything was explained and I felt glad that I had made the call

When I first selected @ElectriciansOnCall, about a problem with a smoke alarm, I was impressed with Paul's thorough understanding of the issue. On his visit he was very professional, and I felt what a relief it would be to have an expert in a field often confusing to the amateur. In short: he inspired confidence.

Our electrician Paul arrived on time today. He was very professional in pointing out all the changes needed , so l would comply with the latest regulations. I look forward to seeing him in the future completing what is necessary in order to satisfy, that my electrics are up to date and approved by our local council. Kind Regards C.May
