Phil arrived from Barlows Malpas, organised the TV aerial and re tuned the TV for my parents. Couldn't have been nicer and explained everything he was doing. Very polite and friendly and even took his shoes off at the door, which most contractors don't do. Had an apprentice with him also very polite. Will recommend although I haven't been billed yet😁
